Underwhelmed for a 5-star hotel

I found the room to be rather small. It did not have the usual water kettle, tea/coffee condiments and especially an in-room safe.
When asked for water kettle, I was supplied one with 200mm power chord which did not reach any of the power points in the room.
Other than main hotel staff, most did not speak even small amounts of English.
