Rachakram

Rachakram Golf Club is a newly opened course in the Bangsai area of Ayutthaya province north of Bangkok. Ratchakram features a great layout offering a tremendous variety of memorable holes. Greens are quite firm and fast, but receptive to holding approach shots, even with long irons and/or woods. In addition to superb greens, the bunker sand is of a nice firm texture, providing the ability to put good spin on bunker shots. This course has a great variety of holes both in length and design. The pars 3 are challenging with lengths of 193, 230, 206 and one short one of 136 yards. The par 5 all measure over 500 yards and with the wind against you at times these par holes can play like well over 600 yards.

BANGSAI

BANGSAI COUNTRY CLUB AYUTTHAYA 27-hole golf course opened for play in year 1996. Originally an 18-hole golf club, another nine-hole links was added, making it a 27-hole golf course as it is today. Conveniently located as Bangsai, Ayutthaya (The former capital of Thailand), it is only 45 minutes from central Bangkok by the expressway. Local Thai designer Pirapon Namatra has produced 27 holes of golf in open countryside. Unlike most Bangkok golf courses there are hardly any signs of development as creeks and woodlands surround the golf course, and local flowers and wildlife call the golf course home. Any golfer playing this course can think he was in a foreign country and not outside a major industrial capital city.
