Hard to find locals dont know it.No hot water let it down Good cheap food

Surprised to have to walk tp 5th floor and amazed room with tv and air con did not have hot water.For this reason my wife would not stay again.For price very good value but far from city.Local taxis did not even know the suburb .
I drove at night and spent 1 hour looking for it with Thai wife.
