Sompong Thai Cooking School - Welcome to our affordable yet professional cooking class! We’re located right in the center of Bangkok for your convenience! Our friendly chefs will take you on a culinary journey around Thailand by not only showing you how to cook your favourites, but also helping you discover flavours that you may never have tasted before!

  • Every student has their own cooking station and equipment.
  • Location: 31/11 Silom Soi 13 (100 meter walk in street Opposite Narai Hotel and Triple Two Hotel) Silom Rd. Bangkok 10500
  • Please note that walking in the wet market can be a little bit wet and muddy! Please wear any closed-toe/heel shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
  • Itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation according to local weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, tours will be postponed until suitable conditions arise.

Meeting Point : BTS-Chong Nonsi Station (exit no.3)

  • We offer one way pick up service from BTS Chong Nonsi to school only
  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
  • **BTS-Chong Nonsi Station (exit no. 3) 9.00 am for morning class, 2.45 pm for afternoon class
  • Arrive in Advance (Traffic can be heavy in the area)

Cooking Class Schedules:

  • Monday – Chicken green curry, Homemade green curry paste, Stir fried chicken with cashew nut, Thai spicy mixed fruits salad, and Egg custard in pumpkin
  • Tuesday – Chuu chee curry with prawns, Homemade red curry paste, Chicken galangal in coconut milk soup, Pomelo salad, and Mango with sticky rice
  • Wednesday – Panaeng chicken salad, Homemade panaeng curry paste, Thai papaya salad, Fried noodle Thai style, and Golden banana in syrup
  • Thursday – Chicken yellow curry, Homemade yellow curry paste, Spicy prawns with lemongrass salad, Fried noodle with soya sauce with chicken, and Mango with sticky rice
  • Friday – Chicken massaman curry, Homemade massaman curry paste, Chicken fried rice, Spicy prawns soup, and Golden pumpkin in coconut soup
  • Saturday – Prawns curry with pineapples, Homemade red curry paste, Stir fried spicy chicken, Spicy Thai omelet with herbs salad, and Mango with sticky rice
  • Sunday – Chicken red curry, Homemade red curry paste, Stir fried pawns with tamarind, Northern chicken spicy salad, and Mango with sticky rice
