The thing I like best about the hotel during my stay would be on the 1st day when I arrived. There's a welcome card with my name on it at the desk signed by the manager! There's refreshment sent every late afternoon to my hotel room. There's a book with tips written how to be around in BKK & what to be cautious of. That is very useful. Food in the hotel, the one I went to I couldnt remember but it was good too. Overall, great.
