staff are really friendly and willing to assist everytime. The staff command of english is pretty good too as compared to other budget hotels I stayed in before. Some of the staff even know how to converse in Japanese. The hotel just renovated their lobby area and the decor is cool and funky~
The rooms are pretty small and not as new looking as the lobby. However, beds are comfortable and clean. The toilet seems older than the bedroom, but is clean as well and the hot water heater is working perfectly. Same as the other reviews, the railway is right behind the hotel. Thus, there will be rumbling sounds of the train passing by. However, frequency of trains passing by during my stay there was perhaps once in the morning and once at night. THus, it doesn't pose a major problem to me.
Breakfast selection is limited, however, great street food can be easily found right in pratunam market itself, so there's no worries~ =)
I will also like to praise the security officers assistance in helping us to hail cabs and ensuring that the cab drivers on their meters before letting us get on the cab, which is pretty unlike the last few hotels I stayed in, which they hailed cabs for us and charged a higher price, especially from hotel to the airport.
all in all, my friend and I enjoyed our stay there!! and will go there again!
