No comments of the place, staff are friendly & helpful, but I don't like the experience of the tuk-tuk (2 tuk2) that me & family had, which they insist that we go to a jewellery shop to spend a few minutes when we told them to go to one shopping complex which is not far away.

i love the location.very safe area even after 12 midnight.

I really love the location as it is really centralise and during my 4 days stay there we basically didn't spend any money on cab. It about 30min walk from Siam Paragon so as long as you willing to walk can save on taking public transport..

There is still alot of room for improvement for the breakfast food..

Excellent location to shopping.There´s a lot of wholesale stalls and the wholesale mall are near by.The hotel provide shuttle van to MBK mall,Siam area and there´s a lot to shop also.Definitely will come again next year

I like the general service of the staff. But the staff at the cafe really have to improve their English because they don´t have a clue about what i said. The noise coming from the corridor was a nuisance when i tried to sleep. Maybe the door is soo thin. I could hear people walking around, openning and closing doors, cleaning lady speaking to one another..... The rooms are alright but there is not enough lights so it makes me a little uncomfortable.

It´s a good & convenient location, within walking distance to the major wholesale centres & shopping malls. Good & decent breakfast, if you are not expecting spread like that of a 5-star hotel. Room is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location is good, the hotel provides shuttle service to Siam Paragon area every hour.
Hotel rooms are rather clean and new.
Service is great too. The people at the hotel are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast in the hotel is somewhat boring.

Very near platinum mall but most tuk tuks and taxis are not familar to this hotel. However, it´s easy to direct them once we reach pratunam area or baiyoke sky hotel. Staff are very friendly. will stay at this hotel again on my next visit to bangkok!

Not many taxi drivers are aware about this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel 10.30am but was told to check-in only at 2pm. but muz checkout at 12nn. Lobby claustophobic. Aircon not working proper. Bath water mixer not working. Level 8 & 9 still in the process of renovation. Noisy. Staff mostly trainees. Colors so gaudy that u giddy. My worst experience. Have travel to Bangkok more than 100xs

The room is small but sufficiently equipped. Service at the hotel was excellent. Very value for money.

I heard that this hotel has been a guest house before, and remodeled into boutique hotel one year ago.When I stayed, I could see that.
It is fashonable space at only public area,but about in the room,there is a bathroom at inner area, and that is a little shabby.
On the surface, it looks like a just new hotel.
Of course, this hotel has good location and the stuff is frendly.

The location is good. Cheaper than the surrounding hotels. However the room is really small for us and a tad difficult to move around with the bags while packing. Breakfast is bland. not so tasty. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The interior design is not as nice as the exterior design. The water is also not hot enough for bathing.

The customer services are helpful and nice. However, I have being bitted by "bed bugs" . This is horibble. Please ensure this issues will not happen to other guests.

This hotel is cheap and good.

the lobby and room is exactly like wad you see in the pictures they provide. room is slighty small but i think it´s good and comfortable enough to just stay the nite at. comfortable, nice and trendy. platinum pratunum market is just walking distance. breakfast is not really fantastic though. However their service is superb. overall, value for money. and i´ll definately stay there again.

staff are really friendly and willing to assist everytime. The staff command of english is pretty good too as compared to other budget hotels I stayed in before. Some of the staff even know how to converse in Japanese. The hotel just renovated their lobby area and the decor is cool and funky~

The rooms are pretty small and not as new looking as the lobby. However, beds are comfortable and clean. The toilet seems older than the bedroom, but is clean as well and the hot water heater is working perfectly. Same as the other reviews, the railway is right behind the hotel. Thus, there will be rumbling sounds of the train passing by. However, frequency of trains passing by during my stay there was perhaps once in the morning and once at night. THus, it doesn´t pose a major problem to me.

Breakfast selection is limited, however, great street food can be easily found right in pratunam market itself, so there´s no worries~ =)

I will also like to praise the security officers assistance in helping us to hail cabs and ensuring that the cab drivers on their meters before letting us get on the cab, which is pretty unlike the last few hotels I stayed in, which they hailed cabs for us and charged a higher price, especially from hotel to the airport.

all in all, my friend and I enjoyed our stay there!! and will go there again!

location is ok ... also vry convenient.. near pratunam night market and also d shopping mall..all the staff there vry nice

Very good service. Even better than some four star hotels. Rooms are very small though. So its a tad more squeezy if you´re doing major shopping in Bangkok. Despite this, the room´s clean and modern. Location was fantastic!

The hotel is newly renovated and lobby looks exactly as you see in the photos. Room is comfortable & facilities are basic but sufficient for me as I just needed a place to shower & sleep. Location is great if you are in Bangkok for shopping cos you can easily unload your stuff and take a short break before heading out again for next round of shopping!! Only grouse is the limited breakfast but then again, Bangkok has loads of stuff to eat and there is a night market 2 mins away. Staff are really friendly and helpful (& good-looking too!!) Would definitely stay there again!

Me and my gf stayed there for 5 nights. Overall, the stay there was enjoyable. I stayed at the 3rd floor which was newly refurbished and the furniture new although the room was not that big. Excellent location. Bustling night life nearby with the steet hawkers selling stuff from clothes to food. 7-11 nearby too. Walking distance to the Pratunum Market and Platinum Mall. The only thing to degress was the breakfast which basically was the same every morning and the variety was miserable. A warning to light sleeper. The railway track being just located behind the hotel can be noisy to some especially in the early morning ard 4-5am. Hotel attendent with walkie talkies outside the rooms can also mean that you will end up something in between your sleep. But then again, my gf had no prob with that. =)
