    I like this place so much, due to that this year alone I had stayed there twice. The place are cosy and the room is big, easy to go anywhere from here-either going for shopping or for food. The place are clean the b'fast are delicious.

    Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast on 42th floor offers a nice view over the city. The elevator can be a pain: sometimes you have to wait for 10 minutes to get in.

    Staying there during the renovation works is not a good experience,however was lucky because most of the time are not in the room or else the sound will be fun.....

    You pay a room rate and you get double the size. But what was irritating was the wait for the lifts. It's a nightmare. But with the renovation going on (still going on although it stated in the website that it is expected to complete in December), they are adding two additional lifts. I wonder if that is enough!

    I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and the rooms were a good size for a family. Like most hotels that I have stayed at in Thailand (in the mid to lower budget range)the rooms are not maintained to the standard that I would, but this hotel was not bad. I will stay again and I will use Hotels2Thailand again. Second stay at this hotel.

    Rooms were a good size for family, staff friendly, breakfast selection good, and a lot better than some hotels I have stayed in, but I wish the food was kept hotter. Will stay again!

    The place is central to shopping paradice for almost all things esp. clothing, wood craft and yummy foods.
    The suite has only one bathroom, a bit inconvenience for four person at times.

    i enjoyed shopping the most... we got inexpensive yet affordable bargains. very good deal for shoppers like us... location is kinda strategic...i can't say it is 100% perfect, well that depends on where you aim to go...agree?

    however, it was quite tough for us to find proper eatery shops... or even restaurants...but yes, you can get to taste the juicy, distinctive creature (insect)... n other take away food i.e., chicken wings, sweet corn, grill fish, n etc...

    hrmm, hope to visit Bangkok again...

    please review all your rooms and update or upgrade the condition of the rooms..maybe the carpet needs changing..the wall need repainting etc etc
