    The attitude of the staff was really commendable. Service with a smile. The cleaning staff were so friendly and very quick and efficient. Food was very good.....no complaints at all in any direction.

    The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is very close to the main shopping areas of Bangkok. Tucked away in a quiet area, it is close to a busy road. The rooms are pleasantly furnished. Very good value for money.

    First impressions are that this hotel is in the seedier backstreets of Bangkok and right opposite the local Go Go bar and shifty looking locals. It’s ok if you’re a back packer on a tight budget. For seasoned travellers stay well away the service was mediocre, the rooms were in poor condition, mould was all around the bathroom and ants were crawling around the rooms had to spray them with mosquito repellent!!! The rooms were in serious need of decorating. The rooms also smelt very musty. I would say the whole hotel was in dire need of upgrading and decorating. Ok I hear you say what do expect for a cheap hotel. I can honestly say I have stayed in cheaper but at least they were clean and comfortable. I checked out the following morning after a poor nights sleep. This definitely will never be revisited. My advice unless you are desperate stay well away

    Location is good although it is tucked away from the main street. Near shopping malls and BTS station and easy access to siam square area. Good breakfast included in price.
    Not the ritz, but would stay there again for the location.

    I went Bangkok last week and stayed at Bangkok city inn. However I felt totally disappointed for Bangkok city inn. Old building, old furnitures, and dirty room environment. The staffs there are nice and willing to help you, but overall my comment is BAD. I won't choose this hotel anymore.

    I stayed at Bangkok CIty Inn for 2 nights. It was a budget hotel stay. However, for the price, there are 2 fantastic plus points, (i) the location is a stone throw from Pratunum Centre, (ii) the service provided by hotel staff is encouraging.

    Excellent location, near BIG C and Isetan, within walking distance.
    Sucky Breakfast, variety not many to choose for.
    Value for money so u cannot expect much. Quite comfortable, but spoilt bed frame, never ask for change cause never use that bed.
    But request for queen size bed and high floor, but they never give though I mention in the internet booking, saying agent did not care much about request, so long they got BOOK the room will do. quite piss off though I BOOK 2 MONTH ago. Overall value for money, But make sure before booking in double check your request with the counter

    Service:The staff is young and friendly rather than being refined.
    Location:It is in the heartland, and exists in the shopping zone such as the department store, the convenience store, shopping streets, and stalls. But it is at first incomprehensible because it is in the back street form the Main Street. No taxi cannnot arrive without losing the way.(However, the taxi of Bangkok almost doesn't know the map and lose the way anywhere. )
    Cleanliess:They don't clean to a detailed part. (For example, the corpses of small insects weren't cleaned in drawing out the
    desk.)
    Rooms:Neither water service nor electricity had the obstacle. Scenery from the window cannot be expected.
    Breakfast:It's above the level for the price.
    The price is good,so I can recomend only if you won't enjoy the stay in the hotel but just sleeping.
