Breakfast can be improved by providing more variety. Wifi can be stronger would be good.

the deluxe room has little space for us to pack our luggages but overall clean and staffs are friendly... free wifi... location is good but hard to find as it is in an alley... try to book oriental rooms as its more spacious

这是一个性价比超级高的酒店，首先位置很好，地铁出来走10分钟就到了（原本打算叫出租的），出门往前走一点就是著名的水门市场，非常热闹，大概走10分钟左右可以到达centre world和四面佛。购物、吃美食两不误。酒店早餐相对他的规模还是算丰盛的，中西餐都有，房间非常干净整洁，我们一共定了三间，每个房间都有不同的色彩。要说缺点的话就是楼下有点吵，但是估计我们太累了，躺下就直接睡着了，哈哈！下次再去曼谷我还是会选择这家酒店。

like the concept of the hotel, cosy and nice theme. the staff were to polite and helpful, speaking fluent English and giving excellent customer service to every guest. the only thing feedback is we were staying at the highest floor, 8th floor there wasn't lift on that floor, having difficulty to carry heavy lugguge up and down from/to 7th floor. To people who like to shop around pratunam or platinum mall area, i will highly recommend them to stay there..

Excellent location very closed to shopping center, but room it's small &simple, breakfast it's good, all staff are very helpful. Overall in Budacco is nice and convenient for Bangkok area

customer service very good, all of their staff very friendly. rooms rather small and the tap for washing is located outside of the toilet which is inconvenient. toilet door quite transparent, can see the shadow (good for couple). overall, good experience.

Air-con noisy. Curtain not black cut, breakfast ok, room small &simple. Not suitable for family& elder kind.

This is my 2nd time staying in buddaco..love this hotel...very cozy....will certainly stay in this hotel when i come back to bangkok

Service is gd but location wise though is in the bz area of bkk but rather dun feel really safe personally...but overall not bad

The place was really difficult to find on the day I checked in. I see the signboard using Google map on my Iphone but I couldn't find the entrance. The place was chaotic with roadside stalls at that time around 5 to 6pm. I only managed to find the entrance when I called up the hotel for directions. The taxi drivers do not know this hotel and therefore you need to use Baiyoke sky as an anchor point for alight and walk your way in.

the staffs were awesome. very friendly and helpful in terms of giving location, making you feel at home. Definitely will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly & willing to help. The best part is come with Free wifi, near to many shopping malls & night market is just down the street. Will surely be back for the next trip :)

Likes- new, clean, Staff was very courteous and helpful. (5 thumbs up!) Rate was very affordable too. Airconditioning was very cold, meant that it worked well!
Dislikes- breakfast menu could have a little more variety. small elevator, Bathroom walls were in frosted glass (makes you a bit conscious when taking a bath). the place is a bit hard to find for beginners but its really near the markets

have printed 2 maps but still wasted about 1 hr to find where it located as we were not coming from the airport. We know it's somewhere near the central world and big C....it's in a small street and the surrounding was not good actually. But the hotel is quite new and the hotel staff is helpful. the room is as new as the photo shown. if you like to shop in central world and isetan and you like to eat the chicken rice, it's okay....by the way, there are a lot of massage shop nearby......

everything is up to my expectations.no complaints.

For first timers it is difficult to find the hotel entrance.

the budacco is in a busy quater in bangkok in walking distance to shopping centers. its quite a walk from the next skytrain. the rooms were simple, but nice, but didnt had daylight. for my taste a roofgarden or another meetingpoint is missing, though the lobby is quite nice. the stuff was very helpfull too.

It is difficult to locate the hotel if it's your first time stay. Breakfast to be improved.

this newly opened hotel (late 2009) is a great place to stay in. the location is certainly good as it lies in between the busy sois of pratunam. no worries for food and transport (busy street filled with food vendors, tuks-tuks, taxis..) also to mention her cable tv services is superb. there are 80 channels for guests to choose from!

perhaps because the hotel is new, so her cafe isn't quite ready for full operation. it's not open for lunch and dinner yet, thus there's no room order service for food at any time. the breakfast is ok for the first day, but any long staying customers will find the breakfast just keep repeating itself. no other varieties are available. hope the hotel can soon work that out.

besides the breakfast, everything is just fine. i will come back to stay in this hotel again, for sure.

p.s. the hotel is a little bit hard to find the 1st time. if you stay in hotels before like baiyoke sky, citin pratunam or indra regent hotel, Budacco is very near to all these hotels (within walking distance). for first timers to bangkok who like to try out this new hotel, just print the map and pass it to the taxi driver. when you arrive on the street which connect phetburi soi 11, 13, 15 on the given map, you can drop off from the taxi and look out for shop number 122/44. once you are there, everything is fine. (for female guests, the hotel hasn't installed hair dryers at the moment. you may want to bring along your own compact hair dryer if you need one)

the bed is very good, soft & feel comfortable, have a good sleep at budacco
location is good, 10mins walk to big-c!

My wife and I stayed for 4 Nights in Feb and we would say the Hotel is great. Great location and clean room. It looks very very new as it open not even half years only. We love the Room Paint as it was sweet enough for couple. Location is good as it's near to Platinum Mall and all the nearby Shopping area. The only thing I would dislike is, Cab can't drop you off to the Lobby and mostly the cab driver won't know the exact location. If you stay in this Hotel, just tell the Cab to drop you at Baiyoke Sky Hotel. You can see Budacco Hotel Signage from Baiyoke Sky Hotel's Lobby. Pricing wise is affordable for the size of the hotel. Room kinda small but sufficient for 2 person. Staffs friendliness are superb. Felt very much like staying in my own house. Feel very comfortable and alwasy being "Welcomed". Another thing we dislike is Breakfast. Weekday is ala-carte and weekend is Buffet type but limited to few choice only. Apart from this, we do like this Hotel a lot. Will definitely be back if going again with my Wife.

It was an enjojable stay. Staff was helpful. Close to shopping areas. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay. Was a little dissapointed with the breakfast. Only a-la-carte & very limited choices. Egg & bread only. More variety pls like cereals, fruits or a mini buffet. Eg: Pastries, bread, fruits, salads.

The location is really difficult to find for Taxis, but when you arive, the service is excellent and the staff is really nice, and the price is in a good average for the location...

i just checked out from this hotel on 27/12/2009 and can't wait to write about Budacco -
- Perfect location for shopping for clothes, local street food, good massage, etc - just a few step a way from the hotel. Walking from Hotel to Platinum. slightly long walk to the nearest Sky train station.
- in case you need to tell the taxi driver the location of the hotel, just mention Indra Square, Pratunam. It cost 35 baht from Central World to the hotel.
- The staffs are very friendly and helpful. If you need any kind of assistance, please feel free to ask them and they will do their best to help. They prepared early breakfast (6am) for us because we told them our day-tour van is picking us up at 6:30am
- room is well equipped, even come with a big safe box - big enough to put my laptop in it.

I am quite impressed at this new small hotel. Room is bright and clean. However, small bathroom with glass wall make me feel a bit inconvenient.
