Unforgettable

It's one of the best if not the best hotels I've stayed when travelling abroad, the service is really excellent and the staff are really caring. This is an highly recommended hotel and you will surely not regret staying here.

Sathorn's location is not as central as we'd hoped but travelling via sky train, tuc tuc or meter taxi was not a problem

The surrounding area in Sathorn was not great but the The Heritage Hotel more than made up for it! I would like to add that Teety, Ping and Shore (the receptionists) were amazing! They went out of their way to assist us and really went the extra mile! Thank you guys!

The Hotel is featured with its in-house Lan which the same priced hotel is not equipped with.
But its a litte poor location is only for a frequent Bangkok walker not for a new coming tourist although there still are convenient local sawngthaew to-and-from BTS station on the next parallel alley.
To a business-guest,it seems clearness of the room is not maintained well enough despite of the room is huge,comfortable and decorated nicely.
