Good location

This is the hotel with good value for the price you paid. The room is clean and just being renovated recently. Located near the nightlife on Ratchadapisek road.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will continue to do so. Their breakfast buffet has improved over the years and is very good. This time they served a different outstanding vegetable curry every day. Their available Internet service is generally good, was free for me and very convenient to use. The staff is very well trained and attentive. The facilities are a little dated and the housekeeping could be improved, but overall a very good value. The location is fine with me because it is away from all the comotion, but subway close.

This is a nice hotel in a sort of an out of way location (which I don't mind) but is close to the subway. I have stayed here several times and will continue to return until I find a better value. They would be a lot better if they paid more attention to detail. For example: Bad leak in bathroom shower stall, dirty corners, very noisy room refrigerator that kept me from sleeping well so I turned it off at night, did not get the room I requested, poor spray from bathroom faucet, hot water not always hot, failure to keep PC programs updated with free upgrades. The breakfast buffet is very good and one of the reasons I return. Very competitive price from Hotels2Thailand.com.

A 5 star hotel with an affordable value (S$64 / night)

I was incredibly surprised to see that the hotel was of 4 to 5 star quality for a very cheap price. Breakfast was great, the staff were helpful, the hotel was clean and the location was very accessible to Bangkok's tourist spots. The room has free internet access and the amenities (pool, spa with massage) were superb. My only problem is that the cable TV channels were very limited. But I did not come to Bangkok to watch cable TV, so I give the Hotel a 2 thumbs up!!!

Nice rooms and big bathroom,

Exellent Breakfast and no extra charge for sauna. Far fromm any real shopping and beer garden prices are high.

Great Room...but food was terrible

This is my 3rd trip to Thailand. Although I enjoyed my room at Chaophya Park hotel (I got the Business Deluxe room), the food was terrible. Maybe this was too high of an expectation, since I really enjoyed the food at the Emerald Hotel and the Swissotel Le Concorde. Housekeeping service was awesome and the laundry services were great too. I would stay here again, but I would not eat the food.
