Very convenient. Not suitable for real relaxation. Stay with the first attack completely.
This is a good, clean rooms, food and travel.

Convenient

I arrived late into Bangkok airport (Don Muang) and was at my hotel within 10 minutes. Now that Don Muang is closed, I won´t likely stay here again.
location is a bit too far out from central Bangkok, and is about a 45min drive from new airport.
by david kirkham from Qatar
hotel staff were extremely helpful at all times. Pick up service from the airport was great. 45 min journey to hotel from airport is not too bad, but if you want to head into central bangkok, your lookin at a similar length of trip each way. Food was good and would stay there again. If you want it just as a stop over its ideal.
Good location

I liked the staff and the fact that it is so near to the airport.
Pretty good location

Decent room, decent price
by William A. Haas from Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Liked the breakfast, rooms need to be remodeled/upgraded some. Clean but a bit worn and ragged
Breakfast was not bad.
I could here sounds of airplane, they are quite noisy, because it´s so close to the airport.
Good location but noisy.
by John Kiff from Auckland New Zealand
I liked its proximity to the airport but found the noise of aircraft disturbed my sleep.
Excellent location to Don Muang Airport, but poor quality
by POATAWAT VILAIHONGSA from Chiangmai
Cleanliness in rooms should be improved
Easy to get to airport, good food.
by Stephen L Mikesell from Wisconsin, USA
It was easy for us to get to and from the airport using the hotel´s van service. We stayed three nights, on three separate weekends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with both bed and sofa, and the included breakfast was excellent. One of the nights our phone didn´t work. I guess for the amount we paid we couldn´t expect internet in the rooms, though a cheaper room in Kathmandu had WiFi accessible in all the rooms and the restaurant. For most international travelers internet is as or more necessary than the phone. If you take taxi downtown, be sure to have the hotel card for getting back, as some taxi drivers don´t seem to know the location.

It is very noisy due to departing and arriving airplanes.

Location was good for airport. Breakfast was good but staff was not helpful.
Was very unsure about the locks even working, so did not feel safe. No hot or warm water for shower.
Breakfast OK, Bus left late to catch flight.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation!
Everything is worn and dirty. Cigarette burns on furniture, mini bar refigerator was filthy, cover missing on air-conditioner,wallpaper was water stained and peeling. Airport location convenient but that is the only plus.
Cheap and cheerful conveniently located airport hotel

Near airport
10-15 min from airport. Pick up transport was excellent, nice staff!
Old furniture in standard room but functional.
Nice with a pool but noisy as jumbo jets was flying over our heads every 5 min.
Delicious food in the restaurant.
Room not so good quality, but ok for the convenience to the airport
by Tommy Ngai from Toronto, Canada
Airplane noise late into the night.
There is no shops, no restaurants near the hotel. It is good only for overnight stay to catch a flight next morning. Don´t stay here for your Bangkok vacation.
convenient for airport
by Louise Blair from sydney, Aus
We stayed here 1 night after arriving at 2am. Taxi ride was quick and 150 baht. The cot we reserved was not in the room however it quickly arrived upon request. This place is getting old and the rooms are a bit smelly however the staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. a convenient place to stay for a night for quick transfer to or from the airport.
Close to the Airport
by William Robert Davis from USA, Florida
Close to the airport but expect to hear planes landing all night. Hotel had very poor water pressure and questionable hot water.
Close to Airport but nothing else to offer
by David Chang from Canada
Even though it was only a few minutes from the airport we had to wait (with 2 young children arriving at 11:00PM) over an hour for the shuttle bus. The first time it arrived it was full. Don´t they know who is coming?
The room was very old and had an overpowering odor of decaying rat.
Shuttle only runs once an hour (even though it´s a 30 min round trip) so we ended up taking a taxi so we could finish breakfast.
Breakfast was pretty good.

Good value for being so close to airport with free transfers
by lMichael Robert Lally from Lao PDR
I have used the Amari Airport Hotel before but it became so expensive and so busy that I looked for an alternative. the Confort Suites Hotel was very convenient - the time taken to travel by the free tansfer is about the same time as it takes to walk from Rterminal 2 to the Amari. The price is much lower than the Amari and it has all the features for an overnight stay.

Good food
by SKRZYPIEC MICHAL from Poland
I dislike a lot of noise concerning with take off of the airplanes.
Good Location for Airport Stay
by Michael Baker from Washington, DC
Decent hotel, but only if you have an early or late flight. Very close to airport, but nothing else within walking distance. Also, if you are a light sleeper, don´t stay here as you hear planes throughout the night.
by Linda and Alan Freeman from
planes noisy, food not very good, good for a 1 night stay if you have an early flight, got us to the airport quickly on an early shuttle
everything was just excellent

Convenient, dependable
by Wendy Wolfe from Park City, UT
I would recommend because the hotel isn´t fancy, it´s functional and convienent and that´s what I was hoping for. The Staff were helpful, accomadating, and most importantly at the airport at 1am waiting for me when I arrived.
Convinient & Friendly
by Everic Villarin from Philippines
Price for Single and Double occupancy is different. If single bed, the second person should be included. Maximum 2 persons in 1 single room.
A convenient airport hotel complete with airport sound
Like the big room & great location to airport
Don´t like the level of sound-proofing
Friendly service
We had a great stay and really appreciated the efficient and friendly service, especially the late airport pickup after a ling flight.
Nice place for an overnight
The Comfort Suites is a nice place for an overnight stay, lovely large rooms but you still here aircraft noice so if you are a light sleeper give it a miss.
Near Airport
room is big with basic facility.shower not enough hot water. the heater was slow.breakfast starts at 3am in the morning. still can enjoy the breakfast there before you go to the airport. very near to the airport, only 15mins by taxi or mini van.hotel provides transportation to travel btw airport and hotel.this hotel is only good for stay if you are transit passenger. You need to stay one nite or two and travel to the airport next day. Not recommend if you go to thailand for holiday. the hotel is too far away from town. Around 150THB each time if you take taxi to town. Also the hotel is surrounding by highway and land. There is no place to go when you step out from the hotel. You must take a cab to else where.
