We stayed here for a wedding in Dec 2010. Lacation was great. thought it was priced a little high. but still cheaper than Australia

I stayed here in June 2005 for a week. I had a room in the Executive level, I believe, on the 26th floor. Service was superb in every respect.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.We found for the price we paid the hotel to be superb value.The room was very well furnished,as was the bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower.The public areas were clean and well maintained,and the breakfast was excellent.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, free wifi, good breakfast. Location is difficult in traffic as it is not near any public transport. Overall a very good hotel.

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms very comfortable. Free WiFi. Generous breakfast for Thai and Farang alike. Good value.
Cons: Location is poor. Although in central Bangkok it is difficult to access in the rush hour.

The place is a little secluded but its pretty conveninet for shoppers around Pratunam areas. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is boring and menus are e same all the days. Its a good stay for me but gonna try other hotels when im back again

The location of the hotel is very good in terms of shopping area as the pratunam market is just a lane away from the hotel....but the hotel in general is a bit disappointing because of the experience i faced during the stay of 4nights/5 days , when we arrived at th hotel we were told that we are booked on the 26th floor i.e. top floor but the lift is available till the 25th floor also there is no difference between the superior and deluxe rooms in terms of facilities in the rooms, the only difference is the view of the rooms ,deluxe being front facing and superior back facing, executive lounge breakfast is far more better than the normal breakfast served for all the guests.

My boyfriend and I stayed here 6 times in total for our stay in Thailand, with a short and interesting walk to the Pratunam centre for shopping bargains, comfy big beds, several international TV channels, clean and big bathrooms with powerful hot showers, this place sets the standard for `4 star`. Staff are helpful too!

Like: Good hotel security; nice place; staff attitude good and food is good.
Dislike: Traffic condition there is bad; Taxi drivers waiting outside hotel dont want to go by meter by rather want a fix fee for taxi service.

We stayed for 4 nights thru booking with hotel2thailand. very good rate. The on line booking is easy and reliable.
Dislike abt the hotel :
1. The lobby staff. They are not helpul and pushed guests to take cars that connected to them and will not help guests to get a taxi that are charging by meter. We were lucky to get a taxi to airport which was sending a guest back to the hotel. The cost is only 200B by meter to airport. So, do not ask the hotel staff to call for taxi to airport, just wait for incoming taxi used buy other guests coming back to hotel or just walk to the road next to the hotel. plenty of taxi with meter there.
2. The bath towels are in a very bad condition and should have been replaced a year ago.
Like :
1.very near to 711 & street stalls and local food shops.
2.value for $$ foot massage shops nearby. 150 B @ MAC ( at the road facing the hotel) is good for a nice relaxation after shopping.
3.nice mango with sticky rice @ a fruit shop opp 711 and beside the optical shop.

This hotel has the best buffet breakfast with made to order omelette and a large variety of choices. The pool is lovely. The location is a ways off a main street not perfect. It´s a long walk to a more central location.

Being a frequent traveller to Thailand, I tried this hotel because all the others were full due to high season.
In a nutshell, customer service is good, room is neat and clean. Close proximity to Pratunam. You will never go hungry with food vendors which opens till late at night. With 7-11 directly opposite the hotel, getting your toiletries is a breeze.
All in all, value for money, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Wil definitely be back.

The one big problem was the staff outside the front door who was willing to take advantage of customers. By advising customers to take limos and direct you to places that faten thier pockets.

Stayed there when I went there during March 05 and Sept 05. It is quietly tucked and pretty convenient. However a not so good impression will be the service staff at the reception when I arrived there during september. I arrived at the hotel without knowing that the hotel room is not ready and was expected to wait another one more hour for the room to be cleaned. I was practically frustrated and wasn´t treated a courtesy gesture by the receptionist (as if i know i expected to wait for it) - which I don´t feel that the Guest should wait upon arrival. At least, show some good attitude. Oh well, overall rating is still that bad after the small incident. The breakfast is good with a comfortable serving of self-made toasts,salads,western and other good food to fill your stomach before exploring the city.
The rooms are clean, well-furnished and comfortable beds.
Oh yah, at night you are able to go to nearby 7-eleven to stock up some instant noodles and interesting thai books and music cds? The instant food are pretty interesting..And also spot out for some good food along the roadside! Furtherdown is one 24 hours fruitstall(which i do not know whether it is still there.) Pretty nice to just walk down the road to explore.
I would say good value and good to stay in!

Got 2 separate beds at initial check-in, when I asked for a double bed I was relocated to a new room immediately. No view for the room what so ever. Not the place to stay if you want to drink and eat in the hotel, but almost ideal for shopping and going out. It’s close to the Pratunam market and Sukumvit area without having to live on top of either.

Pros: Nice & clean rooms, spacious washroom with separate shower, breakfast is above average.
Cons: Front desk reception staff are not-so-friendly but others are quite helpful, lobby a bit small, location is quite far from BTS but near to Pratunam Market. Have to walk a bit far to catch an ´honest´ taxi. A few hawkers stalls nearby but nothing fancy.

Wow! As what we paid, we got more than expected. Location is not that good, but not bad. Very easy access in and out, especially when I found how to travel by train to connect to the Skytrain and MRT in just a few minutes. It was very convineince for me. Free WI-FI internet access on the 8th floor was great.
The room is spacious, clean and bright. Separated shower room from the bathtub is really great.
Many shopping centres are near by and within walking distance such as the Central World Plaza, Pratunam and Pantip IT Mall. Suanlum Night Bazar and Patpong are not farway from the hotel.

Good Pool And Sauna

We arrived at the hotel at 11pm. My family had booked a Delux suit and was given the superior room upon check-in instead. I complained to the front desk and they assigned the Delux room. It was after I pointed to them that my reservation is a delux suit had they finally changed the room for us. It took a little more than 1/2 hour in the process moving the luggage up and down ourselves.
Room was clean and layout was neat. The nice thing is that we were given an extra bed. Other than the check-in hassle, there isn´t much to complain. Breakfast was good and food was sufficient even when we went in after 9am. For the price we paid for the room, it is pretty decent. Cab is plentiful and going around Thailand is convenient. 7-eleven store is opposite the hotel. I would not mind to go back and stay in this hotel again if they give loyalty rewards to repeat customer.
