One change that can be made is the following.
Breakfast: Have all the Meusli, Yogurt, Fruits, bacon, tomatoes etc as a Buffet. One morning there where only 2 girls on duty.4 tables had not yet been cleared & there were about 7 guests ordering. Rather have 2 staff Taking Orders & 1 to clear tables. It will take the pressure off on at busy times.
