First impression was bad as we were offered a very old room (ie bathroom has no light, couches old and look dirty)I would not recommend it to anybody. But then the helpful porter and the maid offered us to check at another newer room which we prefered but they had to check with the reception (the room was being made then.). First answer to us was that the room has already been booked but we argued that so did we and we have arrived here already, at the end we had the room we wanted about an hour later. The new room was fine except that we asked for a telephone to be fixed and didn´t get fixed till our last day. In general staff are very nice.
