handige locatie dicht bij het viegveld.geboekt bij de informatiebalie deze hadden waarschijnlijk een lijntje met de eigenaar. prima service werden direct buiten de douane opgevangen en naar de hotelbus gebracht.prijsgunstig/vriendelijke mensen.

As a transit hotel, the accomodation is super. Have no chance to test the food.

The room not good cleaned and service understand many things wrong, because speak english little bit. The food expensive and they order it outside the hotel and it come with motorbike. When you order a drink it come in a can and when you ask for a glas or ice, they not have it. Also the breakfast, not ask how you want your egg (only one!) and bring tea when order coffee. So better go eat something outside this location.

Very good for the Swampy connection. Not for much else. Airport pick up and drop was good this time though it can sometimes take a while.
Rooms are spotless and staff friendly. Food limited choice but what you get is good.

My flight arrived at midnight and someone was waiting right after customs. After waiting about 5 minutes I was taken to the Hotel in a mini van. The ride from airport to hotel took 12 minutes. Once at the hotel I was checked in and in my room in a few minutes, The room was basic but ample. My only complaint would be the breakfast. It was a set American style: 2 eggs, white bread and 2 hotdogs. I noticed the help was eating a wonderful looking Asian fried rice with vegis and my mouth was watering. Not to worry though, the food selection @ Suvarnibhumi Airport is fantastic. Anyway, for the price this place can't be beat.

The free pick from the airport was good. The bed was so hard I do not sleep good and checked out early in the morning.

Although it was peak season (xmas), it was a little expensive for an airport hotel. But, the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The staff are willing to help and they gave me a free ride to the airport.

not the most central location for spending alot of time in Bangkok but great staff, good food, great rooms with balconies, quiet place, wonderful place, really nice, awesome people.

This was a really cute place once we got there, but no one at the airport had ever heard of this airport hotel. Make sure to take the address of the place with you to give to the taxi driver at the airport.
Quite pleased with the room once we did arrive, although going out for food wasn´t so much at finding a place to eat dinner as finding a legitimate mini-mart in which we could buy a can of tuna and some crackers and cookies to take back with us. But it is close to the airport for that early morning flight.

I really loved this hotel once arrived. The taxi driver had difficulty finding location. However, the few minutes lost were more than compensated by the attentive staff. Very accommodating and polite. Breakfast was fabulous. When taxi was late to take me to Don Meuang airport, staff cheerfully drove me there!! Outstanding value and service. Thanks, will definitely stay again on return. :-)

While the location was not in the best part of town, the building was secure, clean, and interesting. The staff were most coperative and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

Hidden Resort but rooms OK

Resort is some way off the main street, so make sure if you take taxi that the driver knows the location. Mine took one hour and many stops to find it. Make sure you have phone number of resort with you.Given the location, I think there are better values near the airport, although staff is nice and rooms OK

Really close to the airport. Airport pick-up without problem. Rooms clean and large large but mattress a bit too hard (and I usually like my mattress on the hard side!). Friendly service.

we where picked up and dropped off at airport as requested. staff were friendly and helpful.the surrounding area outside of hotel only average

Good value near airport

The rooms are very large and clean, but beds have hard, lumpy mattresses. It is convenient to the new airport, and they provide pick-up and drop-off, but it is a long way from the city. Staff was very friendly and helped in making some local calls (translating for me). Not a ´resort´, though. Good value given these trade-offs.
