The rooms are very large and clean, but beds have hard, lumpy mattresses. It is convenient to the new airport, and they provide pick-up and drop-off, but it is a long way from the city. Staff was very friendly and helped in making some local calls (translating for me). Not a 'resort', though. Good value given these trade-offs.

we where picked up and dropped off at airport as requested. staff were friendly and helpful.the surrounding area outside of hotel only average hotel rooms good size clean and neat. bed hard but this seems common across asia!the little patio area for meals was pleasant but basic.

Resort is some way off the main street, so make sure if you take taxi that the driver knows the location. Mine took one hour and many stops to find it. Make sure you have phone number of resort with you.Given the location, I think there are better values near the airport, although staff is nice and rooms OK

I really loved this hotel once arrived. The taxi driver had difficulty finding location. However, the few minutes lost were more than compensated by the attentive staff. Very accommodating and polite. Breakfast was fabulous. When taxi was late to take me to Don Meuang airport, staff cheerfully drove me there!! Outstanding value and service. Thanks, will definitely stay again on return. :-)

Really close to the airport. Airport pick-up without problem. Rooms clean and large large but mattress a bit too hard (and I usually like my mattress on the hard side!). Friendly service.

Although it was peak season (xmas), it was a little expensive for an airport hotel. But, the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The staff are willing to help and they gave me a free ride to the airport.

The hotel is close to the airport and is locate in a residential area. The rooms are nice, but the bed is too hard. I like a firm mattress, but this is like sleeping on the floor.

not the most central location for spending alot of time in Bangkok but great staff, good food, great rooms with balconies, quiet place, wonderful place, really nice, awesome people.

While the location was not in the best part of town, the building was secure, clean, and interesting. The staff were most coperative and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.
