Great location convenient near by the subway the staff helpful and the room very clean the value for money. I love big IT mall in same building also big supper market we will go back next year trip. Overall it's good.

Excellent Service and our room was facing fortune Road which has a very nice view... The Hotel Staff are so nice... hotel location is convenient for shopping and dining and of course it´s walking distance to our favourite pizza hut and baskin´ and robbins... Thank you Grand Mercure for making our stay in Bangkok a memorable one! we surely wanna go back....

Too many lamps, insufficient light

My booking was quick and efficient. Hotel excellent, except that there were 8 or 9 lamps and nowhere was there sufficient light to read. Less lamps and more light or at least bulbs of higher wattage would be welcome. Location excellent for transport and computer related purchases.

Cost effective broadband connection should be more ready available for not only wireless connection, but the ethernet cat 5 cable connection as well.

Was very pleased with the location right next to the subway system. The value was good, not over priced when going through the internet. Security was alittle much no visitors allowed unless you pay.

The only major dispppointment I had with Grand Mercure Fortune, as part of my business travel, was the difficulty in accessing to internet services. Business centre internet charge was expensive and the connection should be readily available on all rooms at some minimal charge. M

Nice Rooms! Good and Fast Service. If u have Wire Less Laptops, they give complimentary WiFi connections cards. Can be used anywhere in Hotel.
Continental Breakfast is very good. Swimming pool and Flowers Garden and Palm Trees and Big Fish ponds are Excellent view in 12th floor. Excellent hotel location with all the Entertainment and Big Shopping Malls near by. Bell boys are NOT GREEDY for tips.

Heaven of Bangkok

I like the hotel superbly owing to the facilities. It is nothing but "all in one". Tesco Lotus - An excellent shopping mall with all type of materials and very good food corners. Excellent service, customer guidance and homly environment / reception make you feel the heaven.
I didn´t like the fair arrangements for taxi- which is 3 time more than the actual price. Need to work on that.

I really like the fact that it´s connected to a large mall and is situated right on the subway line - only two stops from Sukhumvit. The service attitude of all the employees I dealt with was very good. My only complaint is with the "True" Wi-Fi Internet package. I pre-paid for five hours, but I really only got to use it for two hours because it was unreasonably difficult and confusing to log-off of...Other than that it was a very good experience - the breakfast buffet was especially good - even for a vegetarian like myself...
