Good location because it's close to MRT in 5mins by walk.

Every Studio Room has a different theme. Adds to the suspense when you get your room! Comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom, nice TV and other creature comforts in the room. Located very near Huay Kwang MRT and night market. Great breakfast to start the day!

New and very clean everywhere in the hotel

the staff so kindly and friendly. When we live in hip hotel. My son is bad in fever. the staff help us to care my son and call an ambulance.

Nicely located hotel. No view from rooms but neat and clean. Breakfast leaves much to be desired for guests who are not from South East Asia. MRT station and shopping nearby. No swimming pool. If you don't intend spending much time in the hotel, the Cool Studio room is great value for money after a hectic day in the city.

For a new boutique hotel, you get a clean room @ a accessible location. not to mention the buffet breakfast provided! the cafe staff need more training to be attentive though. coffee refill and plates clearing will be done when uraise ur hand.... overall, a good hotel.

Many travel group use this hotel, a little crowded when having breakfast. My daughter likes the big bathtub that's why I stay here again. The staffs made a great progess about their English level and very helpful.

I was in bangkok for 7 days and i stayed here for the first 2 days and the last day. Everything was great in HIP hotel. I am sharing my review with everyone because i love the concept of leveraging our time and experience. Keep sharing guys so we can know what is good and what is not so good and what to avoid!

Tip 1: The non smoking room on top is smaller than the smoking room below and doesn't have a bathtub. The smoking room is much better because it is spacious and with a big bathroom with bathtub.

Tip 2: Most taxi doesn't know HIP hotel so tell them Emerald hotel, Hip hotel just round the corner.

Tip 3: Use the MRT which is 5 mins walk to either "Thailand cultural center or Huay Kwang Station" It could be really jammed if you are using a taxi and you can really spend your day in the taxi if you are caught in a jam.

Tip 4: Always tips the people, their salary is so little and it is always good to share. Give and you shall received.

Tip 5: If you are into disco with live band, you can try HOllywood or Baryan tree which is very near HIP hotel. It will be good if you cross the overhead bridge and take a taxi from there. In that way, you can save time and money.

Tips 6: Never walk in because it cost about 1900 baht where you can book the hotel at about 1350 - 1450 per night. Booking from the internet and printing out the voucher can save you money.

Tips 7: Use the internet near Huai kwang, it cost about 20 baht per 1 hour or esplanade at 30 baht per hour

Tips 8: Use the massage palour near huai kwang which cost about 150 baht per hour instead of the ones below the hotel at a whopping 350 baht per hour.

Tips 9: This is one of the few hotel in Ratchada that doesnt have a joiner fee. If you do not want to pay 700 - 1000 baht extra by bringing an extra guest, then this is for you ;)

HIP hotel doesn't have much facilities but they do have a Mirage cafe where people sing (Level 1) and you can give them money flower. There is a KTV family style on the 3rd level of the building. And yes, i didnt see any swimming pool :PHip hotel is located near Huai kwang and there are plenty of nice food over there. And if you are into shopping, you can find plenty of clothes for the youth. The food there is great.You can walk to Robinson, Carrefour or Eolande from HIP hotel. It takes about 5 mins to 10 mins.Overall i feel Hip hotel is really value for money. Rooms are really nice and spacious for the price. I will use HIP hotel the next time for sure!

Oh yes, i forgot to add, the bathroom is a little transparent, i tried 2 rooms, one at level 8 and 1 at level 5 and both bathrooms are alittle transparent. So beware or have fun ;)
