Great hotel with great staff. Top location. And the use of all the facilities like a gym and swimming pool of Majestic Grande (5 min. walk) is ideal.

I had stay here for a few times and it will not be the last time. It look like a backpacker guesthouse in the first look, but it surprise me the first time I stay there.The room is like a 3 star hotel and its clean and safe, location is very good......its has always the hotel whenever I visit Bangkok.

Studio room is very small, but that is the only downside. Even that doesnt bother me if I'm only staying a couple of nights. Ticks all the other boxes: eg good bathroom, comfortable bed and clean smart sheets, aircon effective. Location excellent if you want lower Sukhumvit - ok on main road and some rooms overlook skytrain, but sound insulation good. American Breakfast very acceptable. Very good value for money is my take on this place.

Alway stay here when in BKK about every 3 or 4 months...Staff remember me by name and treat me very well. I could get a decent room cheaper but it's only 1500 baht... Love the rooms.
Rooms facing Sukhumvit do not open but the ones facing Nana Plaza do so I always request those.

Nice, clean and modern venue. Right in the heart of Nana, near all the entertainment and nightlife. Staff were charming.

its a good hotel with good location. near to almost everything. room is rather small but comfortable.will be back.

The room, even though rather small is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the toilet/shower/vanity all in good condition. It is within 100m to NANA Skytrain station and 20m from soi NANA. No joiner fee and staff always polite.

we booked for 4 room .. and all the rooms alloted were on different floor....

The hotel is small....only 40 rooms or so. The staff is also small and very friendly. The rooms are not big....so if having a huge fancy room is your thing this is not the place for you. If you want a great value and friendly service this is your place. You can't beat the price. I would definitley stay here again when I travel back to BKK.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, it is in walking distance from everything, shops, restaurants, monorail train station, and redlight district. I have stayed previously in Sukhumvit area in 4 star and 5 star hotels, and paid double the price. This is the best value for money I have received in Bkk. Breakfast is not great, very few choices and small but, really, in the big picture it does not matter at all. THE HOTEL DOES NOT CHARGE FOR EXTRA GUEST. Internet is pricey unless you buy access for one week, but the speed is good and the network signal is excellent. Good for business, pleasure and anything in Bangkok.

Compact hotel but a good quality standard and excellent value. Rooms not very large, but plenty of wardrobe space and good room facilities. Perfect for a short stay.

I´ve stayed at Majestic Suites two times. One week in May ´07 and one week in September same year. When I was there in May something had gone wrong with the booking, the booking site I used had gotten a virus and they lost all details. Luckily I had priinted out my payment so I could prove it. The staff was helpful and while they tried to sort it all out I got a free juice drink to sip on and they said I´d get an upgrade for free as a compensation for having to stay at another hotel the first night (as it was fully booked that night).

The second time I was there they said that eventhough I had booke dina dvance they had run out of Superior rooms and they´d upgrade it for free. Turns out that it looked the same like last time which was a superior room still. Seems like they tell you this "upgrade" thing every time without it being actually true.

The service has been great both times I´ve been there though. The room is good but using the hotel phone is very expensive. Restaurant is good as well. On my second stay, I got bedsheets that had stains on them eventhough they had been laundried.

The location is excellent if you want to enjoy BKK nightlife, and they have no joiner fees which is great. If you bring the same guest several times they´ll offer to sign her in so she won´t have to show her ID every time. Like someone else said the view isn´t good, you´ll be staring into a wall if you look out of the window, but it doesn´t really matter for me as I´m not there for the view anyway.

Good rates and very close to Skytrain. Staff was very friendly and everything else was very ok. I stayed there twice on last trip. On the second time my phone reservation was lost/taken, but I got upgraded for free :o)

Stayed at the majestic suites in May 2007 for 10 days, went on vacation alone for the first time to Thailand and had a great time.
The staff maid me feel like family took care of all my needs, the room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant had delicious food at a good price. The location could not be better close to the sky tram, and even closer to all the night life. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable hotel close to all the action at a good price this is the place. I will be back in October and can’t wait.
