Have used hotel many times never been disappointed friendly staff clean rooms good breakfast will return here next tim I visit bangkok

I have been staying in Manhattan Hotel in Bangkok many times trough the years. After a shape-up of the rooms and an improvement re the tv-channels, the hotel is good value for money. The best thing is the central location. The food...? well...there are better places in Bangkok. Their coffeshop is almost empty 24 hours i day, except breakfat time. The reason? Prices has gone to the extreme. They follow the line of most hotels in Bangkok: Reasonable hotels have the most expensive food. But I will use Manhattan again!

I stayed there for 3 days after a long flight from Canada. I choosed because of it's location and it's so convenient! beetween Nana station and Asoke, perfect also from the airport, good neighbour. The room was OK, I got the best price with this site (better than in person). Staff is helpful and nice. Good management. I recommend it.:-)

ideal hotel in Bangkok near BTS, shopping centers. Staff very friendly and excellent restaurant - I choose it everytime I stay in Bangkok and this since 1998

The hotel is probably a little bit dated but offers a reasonable rate per night (approx 30GBP) & great location only a 5min walk from the sky-train (Nana) which gives access to all the main shopping areas of Bangkok
The rooms are comfortable & clean - perfect for coming back to after a long day out
No complaints - have stayed before & will probably stay again

The location is very convenient for shopping and sight seeing.but hotel is very old.
what i don,t like is they always thinking how to make money from u.thats what they charge 500 bht
to take someone in your room.even you friend.
every think is money money.they don,t care u.
thats crazy.i don,t stay there again,

for me the adress Sukumvit to visit my friends.

Great hotel for the price. Just of Sukhumvit Rd, and near a BTS station so it is really well located. Plus it has a pretty good breakfast. The thing that impressed me the most though was the service. They really did help where possible. As an example, I sprained my ankle (not at the hotel) and could hardly walk. One of the staff went to a Pharmacy for me and bought a bandage and whatnot for me, as I couldn´t really walk there. You can´t ask for much more than that.

The management was very friendly and when we want something they always give it with a smile. We spend a good time here. We come to this Hotel now about 25 years and we really want to go back when we go to Thailand again.

The Manhattan Hotel is a great little hotel just off the main Sukhumvit Road. Situated just a few minutes walk away from 2 Skytrain stations - couldn´t be better located! The staff on the reception desk and in the lobby are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are fine. Just one tiny downside - the guys in the neighbouring tailor shops and in the taxi rank outside are a nuisance - always pester you for trade and don´t want to take ´no´ for an answer!!

*What I liked.
+Only 2-3 minutes to Skhumvit.
+Foot massage next to the hotel (I didn´t go there).
+ Breakfast was good.
+Restaurant open until 12am, and staff didn´t care us (my friend and I) for staying there long hours.
+(I didn´t use) the hotel has internet.
+I took a limousine to the airport. Car did not look
like limousine at all... but driver was very very unny and friendly.

*What I did not like.
- Standard room was very basic than I expected, but wasn´t a problem for just sleeping. However, when I stayed this hotel, there was a construction next to the hotel, and the noise woke me up very early morning.
-Room was like of dim. Bathroom was even worse.
- TV remote control didn´t have enough batteries. TV did have cables but wasn´t many channel. Only 3 channels worked in the room I stayed.
