Location was abit out of town but is only 10mins to the Don Mueng Airport which is perfect for domestic transit tourist. Great hotel for a relax quiet stay after a long flight from Europe.Very big,clean hotel with friendly staff and really spacious room.Swimming pool was enough to keep the kids happy.Love the big range of breakfast with Asian and western taste.Would stay here again when I have a domestic transit. Highly recommendable.

I needed some documents printed late night and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The sushi buffet downstairs is also very good.

As long as you´re only staying one night, I suppose it would be okay, but any longer than that and you should find someplace else. I paid for an executive package and the executive lounge was closed the whole time. No customer service, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. In general, I was very dissastified with the hotel and the service.

we only stayed one night as catching connecting flight next morning. good and efficient pick up service from airport, and return next morning. would stay there again.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted and much more. En route from Aus to Krabi it came as a very pleasant stopover. A a wonderful bath and shower and a few hours kip in very pleasant bedlinen and surroundings. Unfortunately we didn´t have time to get brekkie, just a handful of croissants! The spread looked wonderful but we were so pushed for time. The hotel is magnificent and far exceeded our expectations. It´s very close to the airport but not close enough to hear the planes. The hotel car/bus was easy to access and the staff seemed very pleasant. Overall rating is that it was superb to pamper the tired, jet lagged pair that we were!

The Miracle Grand is located close to the present Bangkok Airport. The rooms are very reasonably priced, but you have to take a taxi ride into the centre of town - but the savings on the cost of the room more than makes up for the cost of the taxi ride.

I have stayed at a few of the airport hotels, and this is by far the best value for the money. There is no comparison to the "budget" hotels in terms of quality, and is only about $10 more. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, and very quiet. There is a new shopping center less than 5 minutes away ($1.00 cab fare - have the doorman negotiate the fare) where you can buy food, clothes, electronics, etc., or easily spend a half-day while waiting for your flight. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and all the service staff were super-friendly and accommodating, including the spa staff. One tip - make a reservation that includes an airport pick-up. It may cost only a few dollars more, but will save waiting in a long taxi queue and/or having to use one of the "gypsy" taxis, where you would pay more anyway. I will definitely use this hotel as long as the airlines are using BIA.
