Not the best location but it was a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was very large and many choices. Best Breakfast of any of the hotels I stayed in during a 2 week travel through Thailand.

The staff were too attentive and stood and stared while you were eatting, it made you feel like you were in a fish tank. The outside garden area by the river should be used. It´s a wasted space that we would have used had there been a resturant there + the Montien was the only riverside hotel that didn´t have a shuttle boat. This would have been really wonderfull as the traffic in Bangkok can be bad.
