OK hotel

The location is just ok but pretty away from skytrain. I have to get a cab from the station to hotel that should not be good. Good on us that the staff are always friendly. Good room specially on the ninth floor and rooms are good size ,well appointed and clean.excellent swimming pool and great gym facilities.

Older hotel, but, it is very clean, and comfortable. In the morning good breakfast, and lovely staff.

last month i come back again,hotel close to the shopping area and overall a great experience,The room was a good size with 2 double beds,staff recommend new room renovate wow!! so beautiful and We would certainly go back.

I was here for five days before time passes to pattaya town. Your accommodation was nice a lot more than i was expecting. as other would say, your accommodation is situated in an exceedingly accessible place wherever you need to go. The breakfast was excellent. And all sorts of in all the area is suggested to any or all vacationers.

Would absolutely stay here again - great location, 5 mins walk to bazaars/food/entertainment and 10 mins walk to BTS and MRT station. Very friendly and helpful staff and v.nice clean rooms (they also gave me a free upgrade). Great value for money!

It was our second time in Narai Hotel. The superior rooms are comfortable, QUIET and clean. A good hotel for a short stay in Bangkok before flying to the seaside.. When in Bangkok, we will come back to Narai again..

very good location 10 minutes walking to the sky train,with the sky train you can go very fast to siam for the shopping or to the chao praya to visit temples,klongs,chinatown,and the old bangkok,10 minutes walking to patpong(restaurants,bar,and night market)

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.They answered all our queries promptly. However the Thai food from the room service were less than satisfactory. We could get better food else where.

recommend very highly, the staff were great and the facilities are cool.. in australia it costs three or four times as much to get what i got in bangkok..

This is a great value, a hotel this nice in the United State would cost three times as much. The staff were great, the pool is beautiful. The restaurant is also very good. I very much enjoyed my stay.
