Amazing place

This hotel is access via gate two of the arrivals hall at bangkok airport. The Novotel airport hotel has in our view, excellent, courteous staff, and a major benefit is that the room rate is for 24 hours commencing if necessary from your arrival at the hotel. We arrived at 2300, and requested the room until 1530 next day. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel also operates a free shuttle bus from near its own desk in the airport arrivals area. The room was quite comfortable, especially in comparison to other airport hotels at which I have stayed.

Like a modern room. In the spacious living area. Equipped with all comforts provided. And also has a shuttle service during the 24 hours required with the booking. The man holds a sign for the exit gate 4 and the service staff is friendly. Beaming Good customer care.

Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative thing was I´d booked two non-smoking king rooms. We had to wait and one of the rooms was a smokinging room. Also it took longer than expected to check in.

The airport hotel is convenient, alhough spendy. Staff, ambiance, rooms all ares superb. The breakfast is very good, although pricey as an add on. As the areas is developed may competition will push down prices in the future

Stayed there 3 times so far and will go back for another stay. Liked the speedy check-in with a friendly face and willingness to please.Particularly after a long flight it is nice to be able to relax and enjoy a nice drink in a very comfortable atmosphere.

Great Overnight stop

My family arrived late at night - like most international travellers do. We quickly found the shuttle and were in our room in about 15 minutes. It did take some time to get the baby cot even though we pre-ordered it and asked for it again at check-in.

The location is very convenient, yet it will take time until the area will be attractive. A few magazines or books on Thailand to pass the time in "the remote area" of this one and only hotel next to the new airport might be helpful.

There are early morning flights from Bangkok. They should have their breakfast start earlier than 7AM. For all that money you shouldn´t have to miss breakfast. Otherwise excellent.

This hotel is calming the moment you walk in, with an added bonus of a swimming pool. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff lovely. I would definitely stay again if I wanted to be near the airport for a night.
