I liked the location and for the price, I couldn´t have expected it to be any better than it was. Breakfast was just fine.

Good Value Filling breakfast
Some odd customers but it is Bangkok so its probably not so odd if you are in this part of town. You should know what to expect.
walk to local night market and lumpini park and boxing stadium.
short 2 minute taxi ride to Patpong etc

I am very pleased with the way the hotel staff treats their guests. However, the girls at the front desk coulld be some time more smiling.
I became a Privileged Member of the Pinnacle Hotels, which gives great advantages.
On Friday 22, before checkin out to go to Pattaya for two nights, I had made my reservation for four nights using my Previleged Card. Upon my return, I got a superbly nice room at a modest price. This made me feel as I was a Valued Guest.
Thank you for having me get into contact with this nice hotel.
With great appreciation!
P.S. Please by all means do not introduce to anyone the Hotel Bererly Plaza in South Pattaya. That is not a 3 star hotel not even a 2 stars.

I am a General Manager of 2 Hotels myself. I was surprised if not dsiapointed that your waiters let people (GUEST) touch and smell food, like bread, omlets and than put it back into the basket.

Nobody from your staff made an effort and said something. What about the hygenine, bacterias which can be easly transmitted to other people.

I have spoken to a number of guest I have met there and they did not like what they seen.

I have also been over charged for my breakfast, I had vouchers for my breakfast adn only realised once i left your hotel that I have been charged for some breakfast. That is unfair and unjust.

I do beleive you need an Western person to manage and improve your Hotels. Having six or seven Hotels that would help you to improve the image and get more western people from europe, australia, usa. You could easly increase your occupancy fi you look better after the food and beverage business.
