Dirty room, missing ameneties

Floor was dusty and dirty, missing 1 towel which staff refused to provide initially. Missing kettle, spotted cockroaches in the room.

Location not bad, the lighting in hotel is dim and they don't change our bed sheet daily.

Staff attitude not so good. They don't greet guest in the morning and show long face.

Remember to bring the hotel location map because taxi driver normally don't know where it is. The breakfast is poor.

I was looking for a 4 bedded room and not many hotels provide but this one does. The travel desk is helpful and honest. A decent place to sleep in. I think this hotel is new as some taxi driver is not familiar but the hotel provides map.
