Room without windows does not problem to me, but bath room had a problem in cleaness with rust and loose tap. However, as a whole, the hotel was reasonable in value for money and location.

Premier in gives value for money - ofcourse u can find better hotels but when thinking about price and location this is a good hotel.
No windows in rooms but its ok.

Half of the rooms have no window[including mine]which is unusual in my experience.
The breakfast menu was limited to eggs any style plus toast and instant coffee or tea - this suited me but I heard others complain.

The location here is great. It is near the sky train but actually you can walk to all of the action. Hotel room had no windows which is common here so hard to gauafe the time in the AM if you are not a watch person. Bathroom had some leaks here and there. I would say a good place for a guy that wants something inexpensive and basic but not a good place for your family. Front desk is good and they give you no hassles with woman coming to the room. Great out door bar called Rainhut outside the hotel near the street.

I realize the hotel is old, but it has obviously been YEARS since it was remodeled. Sheets and pillow cases had rips and tears, the carpets were threadbare, and the bathroom fixtures had rust and mildew. Yes, the room was cheap, and with good reason.
