Great Value hotel

The rooms are spacious and come with free breakfast and free internet. The location is good - only about a 5 minute walk to the BTS and Metro and a shopping mall. There are no major flaws, unless a pool and a fitness room are a must.

The room was a bit sterile. Some pictures at the walls migth improve. The staff was very friendly ad willing to give a pleasant stay.

good food also and no rip off hotel prices ma going back - and whilst your there pop into the bar next door and tell them I sent you great place also - could not want for more

Location very good. Hardly 5 minutes walk from Ashok station. Helpful staff. Breakfast quite good and complimentary. Room rates bargainable. Value for money hotel. Recommended for stay.

Very good location in safe neighbourhood. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms - simple but well equipped and very clean. We fully recommend the hotel.

Stay here every time I am in Bkk which is often. The staff is amazing the food is great and the rooms are great for the price. Will always stay here when I am in BKK am heading back in a few months and will be staying again.

This was a nice hotel. The taxi had a hard time finding it at first. Needs dark curtains in the room so that you can sleep later. The food service was good. The breakfast was just right.

I strongly recommand the place for stay. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The room is very quite, and the most important is very close to every event you want to do

Perfect location(4 minutes walk from Asok station BTS and MRT,very rare and very important in bangkok!)in safe neighbourhood.Staff was friendly and extremely helpful(which is rare too).Rooms are well equiped and very clean.Everything is just simple,and perfect.I fully recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Queen Lotus Guest House twice this month (May 2009). This was the first time we travelled with our son. He is just 12 months old, so I had some concerns before the trip.

But the friendly staff immediately made all my worries disappear. Everything we needed was easily and promptly arranged, from laundry and transportation services to accommodating a relative who came to visit us on short notice.

We also found the small restaurant a pleasant place to eat. More importantly the thai dishes all tasted great.

I assume May is not the busiest time and not all rooms were occupied. Our room on 4th floor was quiet at night. Not totally silent due to the central location on Sukhumvit, but quiet enough to sleep well. I was more concerned that our child may have disturbed other quests. He can be loud when he gets too tired..

We had no dislikes at all. The rooms had everything we expected at this price range.

The location is unbeatable, within a quarter-block from the Asok BTS station & the Sukhumvit MRT station. For the price you pay, it's the best value I've found in my 4 trips to Thailand out of any hotels that I've stayed. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Also, if you're into late-nite clubbing, the hotel is just about 500-ft from Scratch Dog at the Windsor Hotel, one of the few remaining after-hours clubs in Bangkok. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Bangkok.

eventhough 1100~1300 baht is higher then other guest house in kaosan, quality and location makes the value is more higher. it's near by asok as close 5mit.on foot. and extremely kind. even you can have breakfast at 10:30 if you ask. for free.
