nice place but unfriendly receptionists

not friendly receptionists and can't speak English well. not even pleasant to look at.. Not accommodating.. But it doesn't matter. They are not going to change.. These comments have been in agoda like forever and they haven't changed a bit. the pool has too early closing time. I have never seen it due to daily tours. I have time only at night and it's close at 6 pm.. so early...
positive: the rooms are clean; the place is accessible and has a lot to offer. massage; foods; etc the room we were assigned to was silent.. that was great. I had a great sleep...

The location is great with direct access onto the Rambuttri and Khaosan Road . The room was big enough in size but it was old, no fridge. The Hotel also has a nice rooftop pool.

Unfriendly Reception Staff with a good location (lucky)

Stayed there for 2nights, on 2nd day, no body cleaned the room, when i asked the reception what time usually the room cleaned, she said room cleaned by request, ok than i asked her to clean my room.
At night after a long and hot day at that time, coming back to hotel and the room still DIRTY, no one cleaned it, asked again to the reception, she said no one asked them to clean the room.what??just make sure we won't stay again at that hotel.
there are a lot of hotel with similar price give much much better service than that, like Ecotel at Pratunam (nice hotel, friendly and very helpful staff)

standard room, standard service, not so nice staffs with limited english & limited smile...
the thing that really satisfied me is the location, very good location!! very easy to find delicious food & there is night market which sell nice stuffs around the area :)

We have had bad experiences here, we liked the Rambuttri Village In. We had it recommended by some guys who had just been there.
The rooms are basic and okay. Hot water, shower and aircon for 800 baht is affordable.
The pool and sun terrace is great. It is on the rooftop, and sunny all day long. We were a little disappointed that they didn't open until 10 in the morning, but then we just went in the evening instead.
