Cheap but good Hotel in the City

- No swimming pool and no fitness center;
- Due to construction the fifth floor had black plastik in front of the window (outside was a construction rack) in addition to the street noise -> Upgrade (with no discussions) cured the bad feelings of the first impression.
- Location is OK as one can walk to the skytrain and there is infrastructure like a supermarket, bank, massage, restaurants, bars etc. close to the hotel.
- very good breakfast for this hotel category
- service was very friendly
- rooms are ok (but no thai style)

The ala carte meal cooking definitely has lots of room for improvement.
