I just stayed overnight for some short business trip. Most of thing was not bad for traveller.
Good location
conveniently located only 5 kilometers from Silom & Sathorn Road and 10 kilometers from Sukhumvit Road. It is easily access to business district and shopping complexes by the BTS Sky.

Great hotel, friendly staff just you need to get a cab to get around
by Adrian from San Francisco
My wife and myself have stayed at this hotel over 10 times and have always found the place to be clean and the staff to be very friendly. They go out of the way to help us even though we bought a condo next door, translating bills, providing directions etc. The broadband internet was cheap (not the Wifi though), an engineer always comes round and gets it working within 15 mins, ok maybe if you check in late thats a bit inconvenient but its never bothered us. And yes when you get to your room the AC is off but it doesn´t take long to cool down. To get anywhere you need to take a cab, buts its usually going to run you 70 Baht to get to the nearest BTS, night bazaar. If I remember right the cab from the airport is no more than 350 Baht including tolls but we found that most cab drivers do find it hard to find, or they make out it is. The gym which you get access to is a bit old and i can never remember the AC being on but it did its job. Breakfast was included, basic but ok. I would sure stay there again and recommend any of my friends.
Large rooms, very helpful staff
by TARA VENKATESH from Plano, USA
The living room was large (superior suite for 3); comfortable beds, wonderful hot shower. Very friendly, helpful staff. 24 hour taxis on call in the building. Good restaurant in the building. Excellent breakfast buffet with river view from the restaurant. Don´t miss the traditional Thai massage in the mall next door. Luggage storage facility in-house.
Deterioration of a good hotel
by ROBERT KILBANE from Los Angeles, California
We have stayed at this hotel on two prior trips to Bangkok and were unpleasantly surprised at the deterioration of service and appearances. On arrival we had to turn on the air conditioner and found, after fifteen minutes that one of the units didn´t work. We changed rooms, after letting the engineer work on it for a half hour, and found the same situation in room two. We again moved, with luggage, to room three. On returning to the hotel the next day we were informed that we had been smoking in a non-smoking room and had to change to room four. We had asked for a smoking room on arrival. All the rooms appeared to have mold growing throughout, even on the bathroom tiles. The overall premises appeared worn and dirty. We prepaid for private car transport to and from the airport. The driver who took us to the hotel had difficulty finding the location. Despite the fact that we confirmed a 4:45 a.m. pickup for the airport the evening before departure, the driver had not arrived by 5:15 a.m. and we were forced to use a public cab, with luggage in our lap, to get to the airport. You are requested to repay us for the prepaid private car we did not get.
