Excellent service, beautiful accomodations!

Customer service was outstanding: We were treated like royalty from check-in to check-out, at mealtimes and in between. Friendly, attentive staff anticipate your needs, food is plentiful and tasty, and hotel is ideally located. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone: We stayed (family of 2 adults, 2 kids) 2 nights and were extremely pleased with everything.

this hotel really makes you feel at home at once , the friendlyness of staff has no limits , the pool area is vast and comfortable , the food excellent and there is a lot of facilities like a healthclub and a spa ..... the breakfast is amazing : enormous and all kinds of food are available !

I love the view of the Chao Phraya River from our hotel room window, the warmth and softness of the ahhh sleeper bed, the friendly staff and the convenience of the hotel location.

Conveniently located near waterfront with easy access to BTS skytrain (free shuttle service). Good quality food and recently refurbished bedrooms.

This place is very clean and new. I thought I was staying at a brand new hotel. Plus the views from the room was excelent. The pool was refreshing after a hot day walking around Bangkok. And the breakfast was great with a variety of things to pick from. If I come back to Bangkok, I would stay here again.

A hotel that is different from all of the others!

This hotel is brillliant. Everyhting about it is excellent. It looks absolutelty amazing from the outside. The staff is obviously thinking about the visitors by putting in their best effort which is highly appreciated. The rooms have brilliant facilities and services and the pool is fantastic. It is the best hotel that I have ever been too. It is kept clean and the lounges are beautiful. They are clean and are just the place for you to go to relax. If your are coming to Bangkok, I highly recommend this hotel to you. I hope you enjoy your stay at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel Bangkok.
