The Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok Reviews

The location of the hotel is superb. Close to the giant malls like MBK and Siam and also to Chinatown or the city center. We were a little bit disappointed by the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff didn't do anything outside protocol, which made it not a real warm welcome as we had in other hotels. The room wasn't cleaned well. Used teacups weren't replaced by clean ones and so on. Probably not a place where we will stay again.

I honestly lve the service and the front desk was always helpful, even got me some cotton and medicine for my small wound. Great food and super place to stay and the pool was really good to just relax.

We liked the feeling of luxory for an amount that even a family like our with three children can afford.

From the price I figured that this hotel would be mediorcre at best. I just needed a hotel for 13 hours in Bangkok and honestly choose this hotel solely based on the price. To my suprise this hotel turned out to be much better than expected. Nice lobby entrance, excellent lunch buffet, although packed with Japanese tourists, quite spacious rooms and a 15 minute walk to MBK and SIAM Square. The bathroom needs an upgrade but that´s a minor point. I wish I could have had the complimentary breakfast but my flight was at 6 am, but I received a breakfast box to take with me to the airport. I will definitely stay here next time I´m in Bangkok.

Lobby was lovely, rooms roomy, breakfast good. Pool was VERY cold - doesn´t get much sun b/t the twin towers. Had to pay extra for the exercise room, which wasn´t noted in their ad. Have never had to do that before. Also, wireless internet access was pretty steep.

The hotel was good located, easy to reach everything, of course with Taxi.
Don´t forget your swim pants as the hotel have a nice pool.

I was very pleased with the hotel service at first but everything was spoilt when I wanted to have my room extended cause my flight is at night.The male staff over the counter gave me a kind of attitude and the rates of extending the room for half a day cost more than what I paid for one full day!!And I already asked them thru the phone even before I flew there and they told me that I only need to pay half the rates which they did not tell me how much when I asked.So I called a few times hoping to have my question answered but it seemed like all the calls that I made gave me the same answer so I found it kinda reasonable to pay half the rates of what I paid and in the end,I actually had to pay more than my daily room rates for half a day extendsion.If I had known,I would have booked for one more day thru the internet instead of paying that 2000Baht more for just half a day of extendsion.But the staffs outside the hotel lobby were indeed good!They got me cab the moment I need one and they really are friendly.But my mood was kind of spoilt due the the room extendsion incident which caused me and my husband to be to have a real bad arguement.Really quite disappointed that my holiday was kind of spoilt.

The hotel should consider to change the bedsheet and pillow case... The conditions of the sheet is yellowish and some of the bottom part of bedsheet is torn.....otherwise will be a perfect 4 star hotel.

It had a great location for shopping. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time staying at the hotel and felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again.
