Good Apartment. The location is good near shopping and night life!

This apartment is a good value for money. It's a bit inside the soi 15 but they have tok tok service so that's not a problem. The place is quiet and clean. I have stayed there many times. The staff is polite and mostly proffesional and helpful.

Too far from main road

Its not a hotel its an apartment, really need to do some upgrading, location is pretty far away from main road ,BTS ,MRT. once you are have walked back i don't think you will have anymore energy or mood to walk out again, unless you are into clubbing scene

Stay there if hygine and cleanliness are not your priority

Good location is the only good thing I can say about this place. The room is in need of renovation. The word "cleanliness" is probably unheard of at this place. I know I should not expect too much for what I pay for but clean sheets and clean room is not too much to ask, is it? The room was very dirty, the white sheets on the bed have stains on them. The last straw for me is the feaces stain under the toilet lid. I won't be going anywhere near that place EVER EVER again.

This is 3 star, budget accommodation, so you get what you pay for.
We really liked it, its in a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful and We will be staying again.
Its really a service apartment block not a hotel, so no restaurant, breakfast is served in our room.
The rooms are clean enough, but a little dated, but still excellent for the price.The 2 bed is very spacious.
If you except 5 star luxury, well pay through the nose and stay in a 5 star hotel.
If you wish to have friends visit you wont have a problem getting them in as you do in most hotels.
There is a free tuk tuk to bring you to the BTS which is great, but if you wish to walk its not far at all, its also only 5 minutes walk to Soi 11 and many great Disco's, the Beds, Q bar and more.
Great for a family, but no baby cots available which was the only negative
you will do good to get better accommodation for 4 people in such a great quite location
