Good hotel near Donmuang Airport,Supermarket, There are Lift , car park ,massage. All good.

Good location for our visit to Bangkok, very satisfied and will stay again, Breakfast was very good, staff very helpful.

Was furious being woken up from sleep (9.40pm)and abused from a female staff member regarding room service (which they totally screwed up)accusing me of making the wrong order.

This was a basic but nice place. Everything is clean, and it has everything you need. However, foreigners be warned: the food and dining hours are distinctly Thai, including breakfast (which is over at the unheard hour of 9 AM).

Room was very basic & lacked character, as was the lobby area. Breakfast was so so, not special. Would have expected more for the money, especially as it's not located in central Bangkok. The mobile phone signal was very poor in this area, and we also had a bit of an issue regarding internet connection. We paid for 45 minutes time, but had to call an engineer as it stopped after a few seconds and we couldn't reconnect, so the time was used trying to fix it, but we were still charged for the full time anyway! Reception was very unfriendly & dismissive when I told them about it, and I for one won't be staying at the TK Palace again. Initially booked this hotel for convenience as we had business in the area, but will stay at a better value hotel & travel in the future. I think this hotel needs to pull it's finger out if it intends to survive after Dong Muang Airport is closed.

บริเวณรอบๆโรงแรมไม่เสียงดัง และสามารถเดินทางได้สะดวกโดยรถ taxi ซึ่งไม่ไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวย่านนี้ สิ่งที่อยากให้แก้ไขคือ ฝักบัว ในห้องน้ำให้เป็นแบบเคลื่อนย้ายได้ ไม่ติดแน่นกับตัวผนังค่ะ
