Love the location as it is within walking distance to everything I like and need - massage parlours, Platinium and Patunam.

The location is good as it is near to Pratunam and Platinium Mall.
The not so good thing about the location : it is within a dark alley and there are many men lurking in the cafe downstairs.

Rooms were clean and spacious. though not the best on service. So what, we were hardly in our rooms. We recomend - for those not looking for 5 star treatment, but decent home like comfort.

An affordable place to stay to stretch your dollars!

Location: Conveniently located to Platinum Fashion Mall (about 5 mins walk).
Cleaniness: My room had small ants. Be mindful not to put snacks inside the room, even if they're unopened. Overall, the room is still acceptable, however it's a little small if you're sharing with two other people.
Food: The breakfast is almost the same everyday. Just a change in the flavour of the soup. There's no flask to boil water in the room, but hot water can be requested from their counter at the bar.
Staff: Some are really friendly. Bell boys are almost readily available to open the main doors for you!

i dont like any thing about this hotel.only location is ok if you are in bangkok for shoping.i recommend all americans do not stay at this hotel.its better you pay $10 or $20 more for a better hotel.

Good location for shopping

Location pretty good for those mainly want to go shopping at pratunam area, only 5 min walk to platinum wholesale. Some staff not really friendly but overall still acceptable.Breakfast is the same for everyday.
