I used to be for 3 days prior to Phuket. The hotel was nice more than i used to be expecting. as other would say, the resort are available in a very accessible place wherever you need to go. The breakfast was excellent. And in many the location is suggested to everyone vacationers.

We've stayed here a few times now and find the standards to be high in all areas. The rooms are decorated in a atately style, the bathrooms with marble wash basin, marble tiles on the walls and floors. The standard rooms are of a reasonable size and the de-luxe rooms are large. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've had in Thailand with great variety. The closeness of the Underground and a large Robinsons and Carrefour, also a new shopping mall with multiplex cinema makes this a convenient place to stay.

I like to stay in the Emeral because it is convenient.You can go any where in BKK by subway and on sky train.Will be stay with them again!!

Convenient and stylish. But was not too impressed with the buffet meals. Opted instead for room service, which was excellent.

The place is really excellent, i really like it but there are a lot of massager walking around and keep asking, this is not good. But i really like the food & the hotel staff service they are really very helpful & thoughful, specially the bell boy, they will help us in the translate of the place & even give us the map of bangkok for us to travel, really very sweet of them. The taxi driver over there is not so good, when we hire the taxi outside the hotel they will say by meter but just turn out of the hotel they will say no meter & go to a single place 500bth but actually price only 157bth.

Coveniently located on Ratchada Pisek Road, with easy access to central Bangkok. Good service and friendly staff. Good food with good variety

This hotel is top value with excellent facilities. Although not in a big tourist area. Make sure you take hotel address card. Taxis dont seem to know hotel

This place has never disapointed me - and I´ve stayed there 4~5 times.
The rooms are large and cosy with lots of wood.
The hotel is luxurious with being over-priced.
Certainly, this place is excellent value for money.
Down-sides require being ultra-picky: its not near the river or the palaces, and is not an international luxury brand hotel: thus not "truly" 5-star. Yet, if such snob factorism isn´t an issue and location not an issue - then look no further -- the Emerald´s value for price delivers in full making this hotel a sure bet.

Nicely done hotel, very comfortable, close to subway. Best of all the breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I have had in Asia, including stays at 5 star hotels. Did not have time to use the pool, which looked nice.

Room is big and toilets are clean. Real value for money and location is good for food & night activities.

For the price this hotel has excellent facilities and great service. Carpets could need changing in the rooms. Thats my only complaint. All in all I stay here everytime I come to Bangkok and never really think about changing.
