good value hotel

The room in this hotel is big. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood also has many spas and foot massages that will allow you to relax. If traveling by taxi, the location is excellent because it is just beside the highway to airport. It´s still a bit far from the skytrain station though, about 10 mins walk.

One bellboy was particularly nice - he was really willing to help before even asked! The swimming pool was too small to swim, so we did not try.

Beautiful room decor, cleaness, convenience of loction (skytrain only 3 stations to MBK - 20 baht)

Showers were cold. Problems with door key-card. Food at the restaurant was not good. Internet access very poor as the computer kept logging out the user!

I like the clean, tidy and new decoration. The breakfast is good. The staff is polite and pleasant. But the renovation of the building causing noisy environment. Forturnately, we got a room not right down the renovation floor and having an open view to see the other buildings´ garden roof top.

Nice Room with Poor Breakfast

The room is nice and comfortable but 5th & 6th floors are under renovation and the noise is unbearable. Don´t be surprise by the question asked by the receptionist and Bell Boys "Are you here to see Doctor" b´cos it is opposite Bumrungrad International Hospital. I was told by the taxi driver that if the Hospital rooms are fully taken up they will occupied the hotel rooms. The breakfast is poor. I understand from the waitress that most of the guests complained about poor breakfast which has been reported to the Chef, but still no improvement.
