I´ve spent two months with my g/f last summer (2010) and we had a great time. Hotel staff is very friendly to Farangs and speaking english is not a problem. Rooms are cozy and good equipped. A "24h Restaurant" offers Room Service - a welcome extra not common standard for a **Star Hotel. A nearby huge shopping mall "The Mall" is just a 5-minute Taxi ride. I think, I, we will come back some time....thank you Vaboir People !!!

Good value for money with very helpful staff
Location is little bit far from downtown, but is located in quiet place, so for rest and relax i recomend.
The suite was great, big, comfortable and clean, the bathroom very comfortable and clean.
Location is little bit far for the most tipycal places to visit, but you can take taxi to the subway (MRT) or better, is more close the boat stop, where you can go to downtown in 40 mins, i like this option because you avoid the traffic.
The restaurant was very good, well served.
i can recomend for those who want to stay in big suite, where you can live good, and have facilities to move from there to another palces.
The price/quality is the best i've found at the moment in Bangkok, really if i can back, i won't have any dubt.
The food is superb.

Pretty good overall. Although listed as 2 star I think it is on par with any 3 star hotel in Bangkok. The promotional deal of 3 nights for the price of 2 means we paid just 500 baht for a spacious executive room (consisting of bedroom and living room). Vejthani hospital is within walking distance and Bangkapi Mall not far away. Airport is 160 baht away by taxi.
Very good value

The Vaboir was a nice find. Pros: large room (the suite rate was too good to pass up), friendly staff, inexpensive in-room internet, close to Survarnabhumi Airport and the Ramkhamhaeng area. Cons: the bathroom is Thai wet room style, no nearby access to the Skytrain or subway, internet is not wifi (the hotel supplies an ethernet cable). The restaurant is good and reasonable, and there are some nice Thai restaurants within walking distance. Considering the room rates, it would be hard to find a better value in Bangkok.
Excellent service
I like because all of staff like to smile
