I was given a smoking room, despite making the non-smoking room request. I was too tired to protest and live with it. Breakfast was simple. Hotel room is newly renovated and properly maintained. Good value.

Great location

Good location, 5 minutes walk to Nana BTS and area full of shops and restaurants. This place is full of Middle Eastern tourists and locals alike.
Room is spacious, a bit old but very clean. Occassional small roaches but if you keep food away, this shouldn´t be a problem.
Reception area is under staff, when it gets busy, do not expect good service.
Overall, it´s a good old and clean hotel with great location.

Everything is fine and nice about the place. Location wise, its located very near the nightlife areas but the hotel itself is in the Arab areas so visitors might wanna take note of this.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, spacious for a budget price. Definitely recommended for budget travellers.

the hotel looks very small from outside but the bedroom was clean and cozy. the bathroom without bathtub (who needs a bathtub)very clean . I like the halal breakfast, easy access to the train and a lots of shops, vendors, arab restaurant around. Cheap and good massage around the corner.

Receptionist was not very interested... just answered questions when asked and sometimes just said she didn´t know!
Room was basic but shower curtain was filthy! Other than that it was OK.
Location is good... near lots of food, shopping, massage and entertainment.

Very clean room with and excellent shower. Good eating options are close by. Try the street vendor selling chicken shwarma near Sukhumvit, only 50 baht and delicious. Breakfast offered at hotel should be eaten as a last resort only.

Good hotel.
On arrival I was a bit worried about this place. Looked a bit dodgy from the outside. The entrance from the street is a bit hard to find (kinda hidden behind the restaurant) and the foyer is small and pokey.
But check-in was super fast and i thought the room was great. Very Spacious, cold a/c, excellent water pressure, king size bed, and everything very clean. Could not pick a fault in any way. I was surprised to see this place had a lift which was convenient.
Did not have much to do with staff, just check-in and check-out which was efficient enough.
Did not eat the breakfast, I am not into eating western food where the local options are so much better.
Location is excellent -supermarket close by, entertainment, skytrain station, and popular area for street sellers.
All in all, inexpensive and convenient hotel with nice clean rooms.

Thumbs UP! :)

The location of the hotel ain´t too bad. 3 stops from Nana Station to Siam Square, 2 up to the Emporium & 10 up to the Chatuchuk Market. So i guess it´s in the middle whereby travelling to many places are very accessible, So location wise - good. At the neck of the Soi is a 24hrs Supermarket Foodland so stocking up of drinking water, toiletries and even food is very easy when you are on your way back to the hotel. Massage: 1 very nice parlour 2 buildings beside the hotel: Patong Massage. Street hawkers: for the adventurous whos dares to try. I had only the fried chicken. yummy and no tummyache :) so good too. streetside vendor on the tourist lane: lots of good buys. very ideal for the last min shopper. plenty of restaurants & eateries on the main road of Sukhumwit. will never get hungry. BTS: 5 mins only to reach (i am talking abt slow slow stroll) room: my only reserve is there is constantly a hint of light ciggie smell in the room even with the aircon on thru out. i think its from the central air vent where the smell comes from the smoking room. bed is slightly on the soft side for the room i got so alittle difficult to get to sleep on the 1st nite. u will eventually catch up with that after a few days of intensive shopping :). i am a SUPER HYGIENE FREAK. so when i mean clean it is really clean. clean washroom: sink and toiletbowl. sparkling white and the attached showers is with a whitey white bathtub too. :) imagine the luxury and pampering you are getting for this price paid :) breakfast wise: limitation. by the 3rd day of sunnyside up and toast with sausage i think you would rather have a glass noodles meat ball soup at the nearby eatery :) lets see what else have i miss? oh 1 last thing. Soi 5 Sukhumwit is a middle east lane so i guess thats why u see plenty of arabians & people around but it´s generally okie. safety wise i am tlking about. oh plenty of internet places too if u need a pc daily :) enuff said. with such good reviews the hotel would be highly patronised and it would be to my horror the next time i revisit in a huge mess :) *out*
