Excellent location, close to Sky Train

Have been back to this hotel 5 times, gets better each time. Convient location and priced right.

Location is good not too far from BTS station.
Food (breakfast)was average nothing special.
Room was ok except the bed is really hard and there was no bathrobes.
Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Room service staff were great and very friendly.
Restaurant staff (breakfast) were ok but one of the restaurant staff was rude to me as I am Thai with an Australian husband and he asked me if I often bring my customer!! here to stay!!
We normally stay at Pathumwan Princess but this time we decided to try the similar class hotel in the same chain.. but really, Bel-Aire princess isn´t in the same class as Pathumwan princess at all!!
I don´t think we will stay there again and will go back to Pathumwan princess next time.

The hotel was fine, though I don´t like Nana as a location very much. However, it is on the sky train so that helps a lot.

Rooms were excellent, broadband available, helpful polite staff, very courteous and professional.

dislike staff they well come the uropen english & australin in any wher in hotel more than arabs & asian . i dislike the pathroom in my roome no prusher water in shawer my room is cold club thate meen higt clasess but is not . tv no at least one arab chenal ther is indian eng tai so whay thes is hapen your most customer is arab
