Hotel is close to everything you need, Skytrain, river, shops. Just jump on the sky train and go to Chutuchuk markets or walk up the road to the river and hail a long tailed boat instead of travelling by taxi. Hotel had some renovations but this cause no fuss at all. Staff were friendly. A lot of restaurants near by. We really liked our stay there and would deffinately consider comming back. Break was Ok but not outstanding and coffee was really bad. But other than that a lovely place. Again, your're close to the river - use it! Its the best way to travel.

I stay here everytime I come to BKK. Good value for the money especially now that they have remodeled some of the rooms. Staff is always friendly and the 'thai massage' on the second floor is GREAT! Tip: Walk out to the the main road Charoen Krung for a better deal on taxis. Too expensive in front of hotel.

The hotel is ideal for Bangkok; it is near the Skytrain and the river.The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff are friendly and willing; the breakfast has a superb choice; altogether very good value for money.

Tremendous value, comfortable king bed, good breakfast buffet, very close to sky train and water taxis, very good service, 30 minutes to airport for 500 Baht.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location,quiet and yet close to some street markets to walk through at night.

There are the oldest and dirty room. It's look good only reservition place but it's very bad in the room. No sofa for sitting ! I think, we don't need only a bed for sleeping. We need a seat for relax too.

Great hotel even though it is a bit old. nice rooms and it had everything u want for a good price. excellent breakfast!

liked - near to the sky train and the city centre, very helpful staff and good value for money. opposite a rather impressive wat and a really nice restaurant over the road which is a little more expensive but the food is great.

We particulary liked the very friendly staff and atmosphere. We loved our value for money superior room which opened out on to the swimming pool area. We would definitely stay there again and the breakfast was superb.

This was a blessing when arriving for my 1st time to bagkok. Location was really good and to come back to nice clean comfortable room and swimming pool was gorgeous after a few hours in the heat and traffic. Staff were nice enough and food wasnt to bad either. I would certaintly come back here and hopefully later this year.

I like it because it´s quite clean, near BTS and piers and a respectable hotel.

The Bossotel was our first stop in a 60 day trip to SE Asia. It was a welcoming first stop in a great location within walking distance of the river and the Shangra-La hotel. For the price it was a value that was hard to beat.

The hotel was clean and good value. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast not too bad. Taxi drivers out front were always waiting for a big fair and ready to charge off the meter. A little far out of town but fairly close to transport. Overall pretty good value for money.

The location was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was the best in all our travels through Thailand. They let me store my stuff free of charge while we travelled the rest of Thailand for 3 weeks. The value for the location and breakfast made this a truy great place in Bangkok.

Best thing about this place is the buffet breakfast! The hotel is right by the Taksin Skytrain station where you can catch river boats as well as the skytrain. We stayed here three nights at the beginning of our trip before heading to Samui and Phangan. Rooms are just functional, nothing special. Got upgraded to a "superior" from a "standard" the first night because the hotel was overbooked. The "superior" room was on the third floor, and had no windows! The phone mentioned in other reviews did indeed ring several times during the night and the walls are very thin. After moving to our originally booked "standard" room on the 7th (and top) floor, I was much happier as this room had windows and was by most accounts better than the superior. All in all at 1380 baht/night it is excellent value and I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I tried to on our last night in Thailand, but they were fully booked.

The bathroom was alittle tired. However the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

The hotel offers good value for its room during peak period. And the cafe always have seats in the morning, unlike some other hotels where one have to queue up for breakfast.

This is a hotel that really gives you the most for the price you pay. For less than US$50 you can get a clean room in the Silom area (at the time of my booking I can get a deluxe room, and free breakfast). Just remember since this is not a $200 room, do not expect the room to look like the Peninsula or Sheraton.
Around 5 mins walk to Saphan Taksin skytrain and water taxi. Also around the hotel there are plenty of cheap/expensive restaurant (on the cheap side: more like hole in the wall).

The hotel overall was great and the staff where very helpful and friendly would recommend this hotel to anyone ona budget. Budget price 5 star service excellent will stay there again
