Great location, friendly restaurant staff - excellent for families.

Centre-Point Thong Lo is not a traditional hotel - they are serviced apartments in studio, 1BR, and 2BR of various sizes. They are basically luxury apartments with spacious bathrooms and fully stocked kitchens with all necessary utensils, and of course they clean the rooms every day. We chose Centre-Point because we have an infant son and felt the large bathroom and separate bedroom and kitchen would make it easier to take care of him and we were right. It´s located in the center of Thong-Lo, which is a great location. BTS Skytrain station is a bit of a hike, but the hotel arranges free tuk-tuk service to and from the station.
Word of caution: because these are apartments and not normal hotel rooms, you have to leave a hefty deposit for each night you stay there to cover any damages or loss of kitchen utensils and cooking items. Of course you get it all back at the end of your stay, but that information would have been very useful BEFORE we booked the room and checked in - Hotels2Thailand needs to make that clear on their website.
other than that, awesome stay, great hotel, nice neighborhood and great for families (a lot of families stayed there while we were there as well).
