I Residence Hotel Silom Reviews

The hotel is definitely in a good location there are fast food restaurants, 7-eleven stores, massage shop, and most importantly a sky-train station just nearby (3 to 5-minutes walk). The room was small, but nice. Swimming pool is really good.

Overall, my experience with I residence is pretty good. Just that for whatever reason, (i have stayed there 4 times) the carpet in the room seems always to be stain by some coloured dirt (blood?) They used to provide free broadband internet in the room, however, they have taken it away. But When i book thru hotels2thailand, my voucher states that I have free min bar, and free internet, only to be dispute at the reception. They do have desktop in the lobby, but god, they should at least have free wifi in the lobby. This is the only disadvantage of i residence. With wifi, they will be perfect. God knows what is stopping them. You might want to try the hotel opposite I residence, called, Heritage hotel. They have the above but a a few hundreds Baht more per night.

If you want to have massage, suggestion is to avoid the massage opp i residence, which is called SENSE. It is over price and for that, the massuer still do not complete his 2 hr routine for me. He ended after 1.5 hrs, and when being question, he offer to do the additional. This is really unacceptable for the price being paid. they are at least 60% more expensive than the average along silom. Don;t be fool by the exterior.

i really liked the hotel very much i stayed 5 nights from 30/6 to 5/7 the hotel has very good location in front of chong nonsi sky train staion one station to salading which means silom road and shopping and the night market of patbong and u can also walk to silom only 3minutes u can be there,beside the hotel small shops for thai food and 7/11 the famous markey in thai ,and also macdonalds which open 24 hours,,,the location is excellent,,the room is very good i stayed in deluxe room with my wife it was good room in the 3rd floor that has 32 lcd tv ,there is swimming pool in the 10th floor on the roof very romantic one u can swim and watch great view of bangkok from above,the staff was very friendly i also resreved with the hotels two trips for the floating market and one for grand palace the price were good and trip was great one,,,the only thing i didnt like in the hotel is the lobby is under the ground and u enter the hotel through the parking area but it dosent make any problem,,,at all the hotel is very good one and is very valued for the money and i ha

some of the rooms could do with a slight upgrade - little bit run down (we stayed in four) but overall was happy for the price we paid for what we do - all relative!

I like the hotel with good security, paking lots more than enough for my friend to park in. Just less than 5 mins you can reach the train station and 7-11 store. The room which I stayed room 611 is very very nice room and big.

Overall is good,except the toilet door, already eat up the space and you tend to knock the door often.
If include the breakfast price, that will be more convenience.

I stay there for 8 days. It's just like my home. So comfortable. The staff there are very friendly. They treat us like friend. Very nice!

few steps away to BTS Chon Nonsi Station- simply easy tell the taxi driver they will know it; room very clean and tidy; breakfast is acceptable; overall is good.

just only one thing that i do not like..when the other rooms turn on tv,you will hear the noise,,and you can not sleep in finally.

The room was cozy, clean and comfortable but the only problem they dont have an iron so it is quite difficult for us to iron our shirts. Besides that everything is ok and it quite near to the train station. Easy access to town.
