Very convinience location ,closed to shopping centre .The room is too old and not clean

very convenient location close to markets and shops. air conditioned shopping centre attached and large range of shops, coffee lounges and food outlets. Good buying for designer bags, clothes and accessories. on lower ground floor good hairdresser and great foot massages for 200 bht. bliss. Breakfast is very good and plenty of it. very good value.

We had a problem due to flight delay and the recetption desk , staff en hotel manager did everything to solve the problem , thank you !
After we forget the spectacles at the bar and they were brought us back : thank you again , great service !
Hotel at good location for visiting Siam Square . Clean and good hotel with cosy rooms without noise .

Good location, shopping all around the area.. walking distance to other shopping belt.
Breakfast selection, good enough for a non-fussy eater, but could be more for me.
The room itself is good, but clean up for room service could be more consistent, as they will miss out 1 or 2 things everyday.
Poor transport service, not concern about where the guest are going, more of charging them lots of $$$, no different from the tuk-tuk and taxi service.

location is best and can´t be better for shoppers. walking distance from platinum low cost wholesale mall (1500 shops), pratunam mall, big C, indian restaurants/area, punthip plaza, streat markets, etc all.
huge hotel so too much crowd. bell boys are not fast. no one attends u at the door. rooms are uninspiring. bathrooms are average. no water spray for toilet which can be problematic for indians.
not much toiletries provided.
otherwise its value for money.
will go back only if i want to do shopping.

The staff were great,good food,clean rooms,easy shopping,didnt get a double bed as we asked for but got 3 single beds.My daughter is 16 and enjoyed the stay.

We were very impressed with the hotel. It was clean and the room was large enough. The buffet breakfast great with many choices. Only comlaint:they didn´t have a baby cot for our infant...they gave us a fill size single bed! Highly recommend the "Dinner and Show" of Thai dancing (extra charge).

I have travelled a lot. This hotel look like nothing on the outside, but clearly a different picture inside. Is is safe for children due to the inside shopping arcade. It has affordable eating outs in the arcade (Mac Donalds) for children and trust worthy staff. I am a buyer of clothing and is really very satisfied.
