Everything was good. The staff were friendly and reliable. When I had a problem it was dealth with immediately. Staff were genuine and the location was great for anyone who wants to experience the riverside of bkk from a cheap price.

How do you define a non-smoking room?

While the overall experience was good, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. My room had a foul odor of cigarettes. Hiding the ashtray in the closet does not make a non-smoking room! If you allow other guests to smoke in the rooms, please leave a few rooms available for non-smoking guests that are smoke-free. It is the small details that make a significant difference.
