This location is very convenient. What is entertaining. I eat a lot of tourists and hotel staff is not good money.

Good staff. Nice location to walk around, close to the pier. Place is quiet enough to have rest from noisy Khaosan. Breakfast is pretty good as in other hotels. I enjoyed my staying there very well for good price.

good location, while old rooms

located besides Khaoshan Road, you´d better find it via walking in Khaosha Road since the street where it locates is not easy to find. On Khaoshan road, you may find a direction board hanged besides the street, go through the little soi, you may find it. The room is small, clean but with old blankets. Fairly good value for money if taking location into consideration.

The hotel is very simple with small rooms. The bed sheets were stained and the room was only "sort of" clean. The hotel is down a soi, so it is quieter than others. Breakfast is included, which is nice. However, the manager continuously tried to convince us to visit a suit shop while we sat down to eat in the morning. Overall, it was decent, but I found far better hotels on Khoasan Road for similar prices.

The hotel is actually very well located. It is very close to the main tourist street in the area (next block). However, it is remote enough to shut out most of the noise and crazy people.
It is a good value for the money - very simple, cheap, and clean; and provides all the neeeded services - food, travel, and Internet.

It is a very nice location but the rooms could be quite a bit better. especially bathrooms need makeover!!!
