The hotel is not good at all. the best part of the service was the airport transfer..!! Our room had bed bugs in it that came out from the mattress..!! there were lots and lots of them. when we reported it and showed her one that I had caught in a glass, the woman behind the counter told us that they had never seen them before and didnot have a problem with them. She the gave us a key for another room. as we walked away I turned round to ask her a question and she had reached into a glass on the reception desk and taken out a card that had "BUGS" written on it and was putting into the roon slot we had just vacated...!!!! If they have printed cards they have got a big problem. We then noticed the next day that some of floor had the bases of beds in the corridors turned on their sides....!! These must have been other beds that were infested...!!!! Not good and take it off your site.....!!

Excellent staff they are very friendly with us, Compare to other hotels rooms charges is very reasonable and they have given the basic facilities also rooms were very clean, next time we hope to stay in the same hotel also i would like to say hotls2 thailand.com they did a great job!

The location is great...just 50 meters from the top of Khao San Rd. For 750Bt ($26 AUD) its great! Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. This is not a Hilton, but for the money it is great. Staff are good, 1 min walk to Khao San and a great open air pub/club called the Gazebo right near by...will stay again...loved it !
