The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is slightly out of the city but the hotel give you directions in Thai to give to the taxi drivers and if you get it on the meter then it's about 150 baht if you don't go on the express way or 250 baht if you do and the room was just stunning, we had the executive room and it was amazing.
