Breakfast time 06.00 to 10.00 am should keep all foods until 09.50 am because restaurant workers start to remove the foods

Good location,good hotel and value for money, for the breakfast it's much better you can provide meals "Halal" food for muslim visitor and put the signage weather it's pork / chicken / beef at buffet table ...especially during breakfast time ....overall service / facilities is good but it's look like in mid 80's

gumpy staff on average, stinky old rooms. basin in bathroom blocked, curtains don't close. everything smells and feels dirty. not particularly friendly staff nor accommodating. will never return.

location is good in the day but is bad when the sun go down. The traffic jammed is so bad in the night and taxi won't drive u back to the hotel unless u paid higher price.
Hotel regulations not allowed visitors visit their guests in the room after 6pm to 6am is a unreasonable practice,, need to be amended

Don't expect caviar if you pay with peanuts. A bed, toilet and a shower is all you need.

Good location, easy to get taxi & tuk-tuk, night market @ Patpong road is walking distance and it's open every night!! There are also Halal food restaurants only few blocks away.

The rooms are big as the beds, the position is in quiet place and near the Skytrain. Go there and enjoy BKK!

Skytrain not very close. Plaza is almost all the time fully booked which is understandble to that good prize.

Before reservation, I know that Plaza hotel has been operating for 22 years so I expect everything would look old and shabby. That is true but to my surprise the carpets of the room have been newly replaced but the furniture is still look old. The open kitchen is also a surprise. It would be nicer if a microwave oven is provided as well, otherwise nothing could be cooked in the kitchen. The staff are friendly and helpful but the breakfast is bad as too little varieties of food is provided. Anyway, if you are looking for a cheap hotel in BBK and you are a budget traveller. You will got what you expected in Plaza hotel.

The rooms were clean but old and worn. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly (exeption: handling of deposit of 1000 Baht which was not mentioned in the reservation).

In overall a good hotel although VERY used and not renovated. Chosen because of location and value for money - and we certainly got that. We would chose this hotel again. Very nice Thai dishes at the breakfast buffet. Pool area needs to be updated.

Good location to Silom area and Skytrain (within more or less walking distance). Reasonable price. Rooms a bit worn. Breakfast buffet okay but don´t worry if you miss it. Nice city view from room. Reception staff suspicious if you book for two (per room) and arrive as one. Reception a bit obbsessed about number of breakfast coupons to give out. Always asking if/when friend arriving. Uncomfortable/awkward feeling because of Reception staff questions and comments. Better after speaking to Manager. Also, no towels when arrived late afternoon (wait for about 1 hr) when a shower and rest was really all you wanted after travelling.

Liked - good sized rooms, great breakfast, central location, helpful staff, good value for money
Disliked - No iron in the room and nowhere to iron clothes - staff´s only suggestion was to take clothes to a near by dry cleaner.

You can take a bus just near the hotel, and go to Siam Square and MBK shopping center at only 7 Baht. Not excellent service, but may be enough for budget travelers.

I like it very much because of the location and the general cleanliness. Not good just for one think: when we decide to stay two days more rooms were more expensive then we payed with "hotels2thailand"´s resevetion!!

Good location within walking distance of Silom area and transport. Hotel a bit tatty (e.g. worn carpet on some floors; could do with a lick of paint here and there), so price is okay for standard of room and service. Breakfast okay but not outstanding. Friendly staff. Pool okay. Like the rooms with a kitchenette area. Unfortunately had to pay for phone calls that were not connected/answered. Basic but okay hotel.

cafeteria was good well managed friendly staff little English spoken, desk slow but pleasant; if you are two people make sure you both sign in; as I signed in with my partner but she did not; even tho we were both at check in I was entered as one by the clerk- try to get your two free breakfasts then it took me an hour!!

street dogs harrassed us at night around the hotel pool
The maids and bellboys are great but the desk staff were arrogant and useless
i was disgusted and urge people no to stay at this hell-hole
Go to ´Charlie´s´ up the road - half the price and 10 times the value

Reasonable to good conditions for the convenient location and price paid. Helpful staff. No fuss. Rooms were clean but saw a number of coachroaches which are hard to control anyway. Buffet breakfast standard. Overall enjoyable stay.
